This is a silly comedy with a great cast. If that sounds good to you I’d recommend going to Best Buy and grabbing your own copy. Honestly, I’m grateful to still be able to shop for movies in store.

The movie was directed by Julien Temple, who has had a considerable underground reputation ever since his cult Sex Pistols movie, “The Great Rock and Roll Swindle,” a decade a ago. His previous film was the strange, difficult “Absolute Beginners,” in which he showed a visual style that was willing to go to any length to make a point. Preparing for “Earth Girls,” he seems to have studied “Little Shop of Horrors” and the works of John Waters, and he gives us a science-fiction musical where the art direction is so flamboyant it almost should be billed along with the actors.

This movie is so classic, hilarious, and cheesy. I loved that this finally got a Blu-ray release.

I am a huge fan of '80s movies and this is one I never got to watch as a child. So many young actors that went on to be great. It is funny with romance and a musical. Great for it at home date night.

Movie was OK..Quality of the Blu-ray was something else..All Blu-Rays are like that...

I was a huge Julie Brown fan in the late 80s. Started watching her show at the age of 12-13 years old…I never could get enough of this chick! Of course, when I heard about the film coming to Blu-ray, it was a no-brainer! I was adding this in my disc collection. The film’s transfer is top notch for a blu-ray. It’s not a 4k-but the colors and the details found in the movie truly pop! I wasn’t expecting that since it’s not a 4k. It’s a solid transfer..AND the extras are so worth the pickup alone! This is a weird movie. The cover is eye catching but when you think about it the movie is very weird.

This is a film that should bring back fond memories of the heyday of cable television. Carrey, Wayans, and Goldblum are hysterical and certainly in on the joke! The film never takes itself seriously and this is exactly what you want in this type of work. The updated blu-ray edition has quality image and sound.

The presentation looks great. This was a incredibly fun movie from the 80s that I was pleased to see on Blu-ray. My only gripe about this would be that it doesn’t have an option to get the digital copy on AppleTV. Other than that it is a great disc with a great presentation.

Great new transfer to Blu-ray for it's very first time. Still a silly, goofball 80s flick that was never meant to be taken too seriously. Fun cast, looking so very youthful. Terrific 80s based soundtrack ! Get this one now.

if you enjoy 80s dumb comedies then you will love this. it was fun seeing the beginnings of Carrey and Wayans. you can never go wrong with Goldblum, and i have always loved Davis. the bluray also had a fun assortment of special features, not bad for a blind buy.

First time seeing this movie and I gotta say it’s funnier than I expected and for the low price of 10.99 it’s a must own. The best way to describe this movie is that it’s basically a musical romcom

This is a funny comedy movie, thats great to watch with a great cast. You can see funny moments like when they get stuck in a doughnut. I would recommend to watch.
