I prefer buying a Gift card before buying on Ebay

Item is good but user ex is not

Everything seemed smooth through checkout, but I got an email after a few hours saying item was out of stock, so I had someone cancelled it on the phone. And after that I tried to purchase it again, but the buy button was removed and there was a "Check Stores" button on the page instead. The problem is, everything I click that button, the page itself is just refreshing, but never redirect me to check the store. The issue is still there even if I change the browser and clean the cache, or using different machine. I call a couple times but none of the reps could help. I am very surprised by such a user experience and hope this could be fixed as soon as possible.
