He had some problems getting the wifi connection set up, but seems to be enjoying the bike and class experience.

I've talked to customer service but they only return my emails after I check in after not hearing from them for 4-5 days. It's not something as simple as a loose bolt, it needs to be looked at by a professional, and so far I don't know if there are any.

Setup was a breeze with the help of a YouTube video. The directions that are included are a little confusing. The main problem I’m having is the lack of support from Echelon. I have emailed them several times about the bike beeping searching for a Bluetooth signal. I would suggest you not put this in your bedroom because of the pulsating blue light and beeping. I’m also highly disappointed in Best Buy’s return policy. I can return the bike but I have to take it to the store and there is no way that I can do that. So now I’m stuck with a bike that has problems.
