My son loves his Christmas present! He said the assembly wasn’t bad.

Assembled it myself. Took about 2 hours but was not overly difficult.

This product is so sturdy and made very well. No regrets

Unfortunately I received a bit of a lemon. The bike itself would not stay powered on. I got it to work for two 10 minute beginner rides out of 6 tries. Although it took a lot of powering off and back on. Eventually the bike would not power on at all. (Screen had no issues) I reached out to echelon and they were to send me a new part. Unfortunately they dropped the ball and after repeated attempts to contact them, I gave up and returned the bike. It’s too bad because I was really excited about my purchase. Thankfully Bestbuy was really reasonable about the return.

Bad geometry design makes the fit terrible - I'm about 6' and feel like I'm completely stretched out, even with the seat all the way forward and bars all the way back. The software is awful. You constantly jump up and down the leaderboard, or don't appear at all, not matching your actual output. Software seems to be updated VERY infrequently. Strava integration is basically nonexistent - no power data at all, and only heart rate average for the entire ride. You can find bikes that work as well as this for much cheaper, or spend a little more on something actually high end. Avoid.

Great instructors and bike, but don't waste your $$ on the bike with the tablet. I thought would be ok that it only works with Echelon app, but when Echelon having technical problems - instructors go on instagram to complete, and you can't get to instagram with their tablet.

Delivered wrong model and now it will take a month to get the correct one delivered. The Echelon EX-5s is a great bike, but shouldn't of bought it through Best Buy.

Great bike for a lot less than a Peloton. I had mine for about a month and love it. Love the flexibility to make micro-adjustments on this bike. The only thing I didn't like was the OEM seat. I had to purchase one that had more cushion.

Bike is great. Un my opinion just as good as Pelaton but not nearly as much money. However good luck if you need to speak to someone. Customer service is almost non existent. I have never dealt with a company where it is so hard to actually speak to someone and when you occasionally get someone they do not know anything and they tell you someone else will get back to you and they do not.

THE WIRING IS THE ONLY COMPLAINT , I HAVE TO WIGGLE IT IN ORDER FOR THE WIRELESS SYSTEM TO WORK. IT CAN BE THAT I MIGHT HAVE ASSEMBLED THE WIRING POORLY AS WELL. NOT TOO SURE. I HAVEN'T TRIED REASSEMBLING THAT PART AGAIN. LOL

Love our new bike! Its just a good or better than the Pelaton. I love the work out classes they offer. And the bike its great in our home!

Solid, easy to assemble, great alternative to a more expensive Peleton. Just don't order it direct from the manufacturer. They can't meet shipping commitments. I ordered it from Amazon and had it delivered the next day. Love the bike!

If i could leave a negative review I would!! Horrible company to deal with!! Ordered 2 bikes mid Dec finally received 1 bike mid Jan was to be delivered w signature required. no signature left in driveway no idea it was delivered)) box was trashed. Echelon said it should be fine. Had to fight to get the second bike. Finally delivered in Feb. Paid 600.00 for delivery and set up. the bikes are still sitting in the garage waiting for Echelon to set up service to get them put together and rideable. Again $600.00 for nothing except a lot of time calling with no result. PLEASE DON'T BUY BIKES FROM THIS COMPANY!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
