Without having seen the film, most of the singers weren't ones I was that familiar with other than by name. Coincidentally , most of the songs were among my favorites .These covers of them were not a disappointment at all. This LP proved to be enjoyable . I'm glad I bought it.

Bought as a gift. The documentary was heartfelt and at times poignant. Tremendous line-up of talent serving tribute to influences from the heyday of singer-songwriter '70's.

Jakob Dylan’s documentary on the gathering of musicians living in Laurel Canyon 1960’s creating songs known as “California sound.” The album is perfectly sung, produced and captured the musical hits of the time.
