No complaints at all. Install was easy and it’s been working perfectly ever since. Gotta love ecobee.

This is our second ecobee. We have one in two different houses. We are in and out of town a lot so this allows us to save energy when we aren’t there but if plans change we can easily get it to the temp we want.

Easy Installation, Alexa integration is the best. Can control temperature anywhere and anytime. I installed additional sensors to all of my room to monitor temperatures.

I bought this because I wanted a WIFI thermostat to better control the temperature in my house. The extra sensor was what I needed to make sure the upstairs was a good temperature. I did not really want the Alexa piece, but it came with it. However once I installed it and started to use Alexa I was surprised at how useful it was. We signed up for the Amazon music service as the speaker is REALLY good. Nice base, good volume, and now we can play whatever music downstairs we wanted. We also then picked up an Echo Dot for upstairs as we were so impressed. Excellent!

This thermostat is great and has alot of features. It is a great investment and will save you money since you can adjust temperatures on the go. But make sure you read and learn how to use all the features.

Skipping out on C wring, no back up battery needed. This is the best wifi device you can get in market. Nest broke on day one and no regret getting the

Have had this for a year now. Love that I don’t have to get out of bed to adjust heat/cool in the middle of the night. Alexa does it for me. Visually looks great. Display shows percent of humidity and set temperature as well as actual temperature in the room. Extensive menu with loads of features. Can program to turn back heat/cool when leaving and to come on when you return. Can monitor from your smart phone when away from home and adjust accordingly.

Keeps house comfortable. Remote sensor very good. Functions are easy to use. Easy to program and the app on the phone is great. Alexa is a bonus

Installed in less than 10 minutes. Easy to operate and program. I have a two story one family home and saw savings the very next month in my electricity bill

I debated back and forth on if I should get the Nest 3 or Ecobee . I choose the Ecobee 4 for the room sensors. The Ecobee 4 would be great if it worked as it should, however the thermostat consistently looses connectivity. If your home is not be evenly heated or cooled having the sensors in different locations will not save you money because it will relay to your furnace/air conditioner to keep running until the desire temperature is met which in my case did not happen. I eventually disabled all the auto features and now I'm using a $250 smart thermostat like a $50.00 regular thermostat.

We bought the ecobee 4 thinking it would be a nice addition to our home and allow us to ease into the smart home realm. This device was easy to install and setup. The Alexa feature stopped working. I had to disconnect the device and reset it. This happened only once. Unfortunately, I had to wait on hold when I called ecobee support for almost an hour, without ever reaching a support person. I hung up and just decided to disconnect the ecobee 4 from the wall. The lil bee, works and allows us to monitor the temperature in a separate room. We have been able to successfully increase/decrease the temperature from our devices. Overall, we are pleased with the purchase of the ecobee 4.

So far so good .I like that it has Alexa built in and also the room sensor was a nice touch.It was between this and the Nest.I'm happy with my purchase.

Great thermostat. Very useful. Very easy to set up/use. Got this for our new house we are building. Live that it has voice activation!

I'm not sure it's such a step up from the Ecobee3 to merit the price increase, but it looks great and does what it's supposed to. Not a huge fan of how Alexa was integrated, but apparently a fix is on the way.

This device works as described and has helped me to save money and time and is very simple to use. I am learning new things to do with it everyday!

This is the best smart thermostat on the market. You can feel the difference almost immediately in the house. It is best used with additional remote sensors.

I like the simplicity of this unit. It's almost so simple that you wish you had a few more fun features. The one complaint would be that we wish the Alexa microphone picked up voices better.

Instructions are not so great, but I think that was on us. I love it ! I can change settings without getting out of bed. I would recommend.

I chose this thermostat because of the incorporation of Amazon's Alexa into it. You can speak directly to the thermostat to change the temperature

We have really enjoyed our Ecobee! It’s so convenient that we can adjust the temperature even after we leave to go out of town.
