Still getting the feel for this but overall a good product.

The remote sensor is great for that cold or hot room that never seems to be the same temp as the rest of the house. You can adjust the thermostat to only read from the remote sensor enabling that particular room (in my case our master bedroom) to be at the desired temperature.

Thermostat looks andworks great. But Alexa doesn't work very well.

I would buy this alone for the customer service. Called customer service during installation process and each time I had someone who really wanted to help and never felt rushed to get off the phone. Love the t-stat and will get another one for the other side of our home.

The ecobee4 is my first smart thermostat and first Alexa enabled product. The Alexa functionality is very easy to setup and the far field microphones are very sensitive. Aside from the television occasionally turning on Alexa and scaring my wife half to death, it is an amazing product!

This is very good thermostat, i had a nest and i like that as well. This one doesnt have a daily track of what your weekly temperatures where at for the week. That is the only reason i would give this 4 stars instead of 5. Nest i liked alot but was not compatible with my other unit that i have so i switched to eco bees 4

This was very easy to install even for me. The built in alexa is awesome i talk to her every morning. The app is ok and a few things get a bit confusing. But the free extra room sensor is great for when i wamt to keep a guest room temp set. Normally i dont when noone is staying

I love this thermostat. It sent me an email telling me to service my unit and I ignored it like an idiot. Then my air conditioning went out on a hot Friday evening. Get this if you want a great thermostat, but pay attention to the emails it sends you!

I have a wink 2 hub, and the Ecobee4 connected seamlessly to it. The instructions to install the Ecobee were simple and easy to follow. The device interface is clean and easy to use, and I like the app as well. All and all it is a great product! I am happy with this purchase.

I feel that our heating and cooling equipment is not working as hard. Home temperature and humidity issues have changed greatly. We have seen our electric bill drop $53.00 a month. Very pleased.

When choosing between NEST and Ecobee, the Ecobee was a more compatible fit for use with our Amazon Echo Dots and Spot. Allowed for simple control of temperatures throughout the house, and having the included motion sensor to place in our bedroom, meant the temperature was adjusted when it detected us walking into the room.

I replaced a Honeywell smart thermostat with this one. Since air conditioner had a non-standard wiring harness, I enlisted the help of an AC person. Within 30 minutes we had this up and running. The Alexa integration lacks the normal functionality of Alexa, so I mute this one.

Learned that I had to hardwire this device. Different set-up than the Nest. Do your research.
