Great little thermostat. My only issue is when I set it to begin at a certain time it likes to come on at the previous time. I've reset it several times and still have that issue. Other than that it works like a charm! I love the big display in the ease of changing temperatures by a single touch.

I bought this refurbished and it came in new condition with everything just like any new one would and the warranty as well. I like all the features and being able to remotely adjust it by using the app is awesome. It works a lot better than my old thermostat and it just looks cool. I am definitely happy with the Ecobee and would recommend it even if your old thermostat works fine,because of all the features and how easy it is to use and it can save you money on your power bill.

Great product, works like new! The app is pretty easy to use and I like that there are extra features, like reminders to change your furnace filter!

Lots of great features, great interface. We e had this installed for almost a year with no complaints. It fully integrates with any combination of HVAC equipment (central air, heating, humidifier). The wiring was actually easier than I had planned, as ecobee’s wire-in “adapter” takes care of the wiring requirements based on your HVAC situation. Someday I may care about the additional sensor abilities higher end models, but that’s is a ways off. Setup is a breeze, either/or with the app or on-screen. Still a little pricier than I had wanted, given the amount of competition, but that’s a small gripe.

I was simply looking to replace an old thermostat and have the ability to adjust it from anywhere. It does exactly that and for the refurbished price is well worth it. No other smart features but I wasn’t looking for those. I had an issue the first couple days with the thermostat restarting but come to find out my filter needed to be replaced and that fixed the issue. Overall very happy with it.

I really like how customizable this thermostat is. I originally purchased this thermostat for the ability to adjust my temperature differential/temperature swing, so that my heating and a/c will kick on less often. It has many options for programming a schedule fit to your needs. I was even able to set it up so that the fan circulates air several times a day when the hvac system itself is not on so that the air in my home stays circulated. I wish I was able to tell if it saved us much over the summer but with energy prices continually rising and our continual efforts to combat them, I’m not sure I’ll know how much more efficient it really is but it does feel more convenient with many of its settings.

I purchased this for my niece’s new home. I have one and it is so easy to use and comes with the power pack to attach to the furnace. My cousin installed it and said it was fhe easiest one to install out of all the other brands and he thought the price was excellent

This Ecobee Lite Refurbished model is just like a brand new one. I cannot see the difference visually and the warranty is exactly the same. This model is sleek and good looking. There are many options in the App to control the comfort level while you are away from home.

I was apprehensive trying one of these units because the whole concept of a digital display with Wi-Fi was new to me. I am pleased with the product I love the settings feature where I can turn it down from my phone at any point in time. It was easy to install and love the features that it offers

This is my first-time experience with this Thermostat. I am extremely happy with the way it's serving my 2 storied home. I recommend having sensors with the Thermostat to make it work efficiently.

These work awesome. Just installed two on my house on two heat pumps systems. Ecobee customer support was awesome too as I had a wiring issue. Love the functionally on the app too.
