It was a great offer and a great service by Best Buy.

Seems to need full daytime charging to even start up the next day. It appears that the included panels do not "collect" enough energy if only getting a half day exposure, although that does get it running around noon . It worked if I used house electric service overnight to fully charge it, which defeats my purpose for getting this package. I need to try moving around on the ground (a big hassle) to test that idea since I am not ready to get someone to put them on a section of our roof that will get more exposure. The documentation is not much help as it avoids any English completely, and depends totally tiny icons that are not very obvious to me as to what they "demonstrate".

Best Buy would not cancel my order and issue a refund. Amazon has the unit for $459.00 It will be back to full price by the time Best Buy decides to ship it. ANd then I have to drive to Best Buy and return it and wait another week for a refund.

I purchased the Delta 2 specifically to be used to power my refrigerator in case of a power outage. I tested it out on my Whirlpool fridge (model WRF535SWHZ) and was able to easily get 16-18 hours of power. If I leave the fridge open and let all the cool air out it does drain the battery a bit faster while it’s at work getting back down to its set temperature, but if I’m quick to open/close the door when I need something it will not need to cool as much and therefore the battery will last a long longer. I wouldn’t purchase this specific model if you’re looking to power a heater or air conditioner though. You would need a much larger power station since those use so much power. This one is good for a refrigerator, small appliances, tv, internet router, charging cell phones, laptops, etc. This power station is 100% worth it in my opinion. EcoFlow makes very nice, high quality items.

I realize this is an older unit but it fits the need for me. Packaging was great. initial setup was straight forward and worked as directed. I use it as a UPS for our chest freezer and based on current usage, etc I should be able to power my freezer for about 40+ hours which is enough for me since power is never out more than 24 hours at a time. Extremely pleased with my first ecoflow product.
