This has been a horrible experience. The Item is not as described. Poorly constructed material. Not able to hold the weight specified in description. On top of that I purchased with Best Buy Card and it ended up as credit on my account. I called customer service, as I wanted a check mailed out to me. The first CS assured me of a check being mailed. I called right back and a different CS says that there is no option to have a check for the credit mailed there by forcing me to purchase items at Best Buy. I let the CS know that the whole experience was unacceptable where it falls on the customer to continue to reach out for assistance and receive the wrong information. I am so annoyed.
