    Straight out of the package it didn't turn on. Plugged it in, and the nightlight feature didn't work. Charged it over night, then discovered they are regular, non-rechargeable batteries in the product. Switched it on and it flickered for just a second. But I have to pay to return it according to Best Buy policies, or drive it to a Best Buy. What a waste. Good thing I wasn't in a crisis.
