Purchased this vacuum after returning an iRobot 3, which has proven to be a very good move, This vacuum is quieter than the iRobot, plus it easily climbs off the hardwood floor surface onto an area rug, which the iRobot could not handle.

This vacuum works well however the App to control it is not the best I've seen. For suction and cleaning I would have given it 4 stars, but the setup and controlling App lowers that to three. The only great thing about it was the price since it was on sale.

Does a very credible job! It even goes under our Dining Room table and chairs! It has only got stuck a few times. Having great difficulty getting app going on either one of our cell phones.

The Deebot does a better job than me sweeping the floor. Our living room, dining room, kitchen, and office are all on the same level and connected. The Deebot cleans all rooms within an hour and still has plenty of battery left. It does go randomly but it still able to clean 90% of the area without needing my help. It is best to remove dining table chairs because it speeds up cleaning time under the dining table.

I recently purchased the Deebot and found it to be a helpful tool in keeping my carpets/floors clean inbetween my regular cleanings. Since it was the holidays, I must say I was amazed that it picked up glitter! It left my carpet looking freshly vacuumed with some assistance from me. The reason for rating 4 stars instead of 5 was due to the fact I had to keep an eye on it because it would get caught in certain areas and error out which required me to move it and restart. Also, it had an issue finding its way back to the home base occasionally. I did notice that the pile on an area rug was too high and it was not able to clean and move over it. Overall, I think it is a great addition to a cleaning routine. I do feel it is a bit overpriced.

The Deebot has been a great addition to our household. It's brought me peace of mind knowing that most of the daily dog fur is being picked up, and made the days where I perform my household duties less of a chore. I wasn't concerned about buying a robot that does all of the work so this entry model works perfectly for me and my budget. Also, it's still smart enough to know how to maneuver itself through areas so it doesn't get stuck and also how to not plummet to its death upstairs around the railings :). I'm so happy to have this added help to my daily/weekly cleaning.
