Bought this as a cheaper option for a robo vacuum. Worked well for awhile. After about 2 years the battery wouldnt hold a charge and while charginf it would keep beeping like it had somwthing stuck in it. But before all this happened it was great. I did get the protection plan and was able to get it replaced with best buy. Would buy it again. But wouls alao recommend the protection plan.

i had purchased another brand i returned it, and purchased 3 of these easy to use, the battery life isn't LONG still works good i use it everyday

Having two dogs that shed quite a bit, I was concerned this would get clogged easily. Boy, was I surprised! This vac is great! I run this every other day to keep the dog hair to a minimum and couldn't be more pleased with it's performance.

Very solid entry-level vacuum bot! My only problem is that you can set a cleaning schedule for it, but it doesn’t actually go by the schedule you set. It may start a few hours later than scheduled or up to 1-2 days earlier than scheduled, but I haven’t gotten it to start at the correct time on the correct day yet. I sent it in to ECOVACS for repair and they just wound up sending me a new unit. That new unit has the same issues. So, other than cleaning schedules being nonexistent, I really like my Deebot.

Great for cleaning our dusty floors during this time of coronavirus isolation! Easy to use for people like us who are not looking for a very high tech and complicated product. Way less $ than many competitors too.

This is a great robot vacuum - it performs extremely well on both hardwood and carpet. I bought it based on reviews and how it was considered a great value in the robot vacuum marketplace. And it has lived up to every expectation. A great buy!

Very obedient Robot :-) Cleans the corners and goes under the couch. What I like the most is, when you press home, it goes to its charging station (so cute), but yes, it cleans the floors very well

Setup was easy and it worked great. Cleaned decent enough.It wouldnt continue in a straight line, moves in different directions

Didnt want it at first so i give it a try so we take it home and test it and enjoy te wonderfull cleaning quiet and strong cleaning flor its algays clean and neat hope to wet a few more for my mother and mother in law ita a great machine

Received it yesterday. My son set it up. Seems to work very well. My son's cat even has fun turning it on and off and playing with it. Great price. It cleaned my tile floor down stairs with mo problems. Highly recommend it.

Works great and surprised at the amount of dirt it picks up. Can’t create zones with this mode and cleaning is quite random. That said it cleans well.

If you need a robot to understand if your home is for robots, this is definitely the ideal model. Clean well, smart and costs 30% of other brands.

I put it on a timer. It picks up my pet’s hair. Fairly powerful vacuum. Occasionally will get stuck under my couch but it has an alarm when it gets stuck, easy to find. I’m going to buy another one for my upstairs.

Does a crazy job of cleaning goodgorbin between cleanings, gets stuck and dies sometimes no notifications to the app about it being stuck. Cleans well.

My wife wanted one really bad for her birthday. Thought it was a trap but she kept insisting. I did a ton of research and did not want to spend a fortune on our first one. I settled on this product and it has been amazing! Our floors with toddlers have never been cleaner. Only issue we had was that it sucked up a hair tie and the rubber part on the main brush ripped in the middle. No big deal as we only have hardwood but frustrating that it ripped after only a few uses. Setting the vacuum to max speed on the mobile app definitely improves the efficiency. You cannot set it to max on the unit or the provided remote.

It cleans pretty well but I would definitely recommend getting the Best Buy warranty with it as I have had some small issues with it.

Clyde as my hubby calls him is amazing. I can't help but talk to him like a pet Hubby laughs when he hears me talking to him. I will think I need to move him somewhere and find my self saying "come on boy, here we go." Or "did you get lost and cant find your way home?" And then there is "you can't be scared of that table." that is when he goes under the coffee table and stops and starts beeping. don't know why he get through chair leg well enough. I swear its like he got stuck once and is scared of it. LOL I love the amount of dust reduction i've noticed. well worth the price.

This is a great low cost vacuum for those who don't want to spend $400 on the name brand models. The suction does well and I am often surprised at the size of the debris that this unit will pick up. Highly recommend for the price.

It’s not as great as you’ll expect cuz it can’t find its home by itself; it’s like a nice pet but more stupid. I like it thou. Will see what happens.

Ive had this ecovac for two months and i absolutely love it, plus I went through shoulder surgery and couldn't push my big one so tthis one was a life saver.
