No problems so far. Manages hardwood to carpet and low pile rugs well. Collection capacity is small but adequate for average areas.

I have had my Deebot for a year now and bought this one for my daughter. It does a good job and gets the floor clean.

I bought two of these for my grown children for Christmas. The unit works great, however, neither of them have been able to connect to WIFI to operate it from their phones. They are both pretty tech savvy and one has an IPhone and the other has a Samsung. The vaccum itself works very well and they are going to keep them; just not use the WIFI feature.

Works great in my sons apartment has a little problem heading back to it’s recharging station but overall works great

This item is great and came just as described. It gets the job done and cleans the floors really well. I highly recommend!

Best bang for my buck. Sure it doesn't have some of the fancy stuff the higher end ones have but it sure does the job I need it to do and that’s clean up the hair from 3 dogs and my wife. 10/10

Great robo vacuum cleaner for the price! I do not have carpet so I cannot comment on how well it would do, but it picks up everything on my tile and hardwood floors. Great buy for the price!

Does exactly what we bought it for. We run it at night when everyone is sleeping. Cleans up all the dirt dust on our floors from feet & dog. Beats sweeping daily.

This robot does the job well. This is the1st robot vacuum I had, so not sure the more expensive one compare to this one

I was a little hesitant on this brand at first being that this was my first robot vacuum and it was quite a bit cheaper than big name brands. But the price for it was a really good deal and after reading through many reviews, I was convinced. So I bought it. We have had it about a month now and my wife and I love our Deebot! The vacuum cleans great, working with brushes to make sure and get wide areas as well as corners and such. We deal with a lot of cat hair and a lot of crumbs from kids, the Deebot picks it all up wonderfully. It's also very smart with its auto feature and routes and all. Great purchase and I'm actually glad we went with it over a bigger, more expensive name brand.

It surprised me the way it worked no problems, and I'm not just saying that

better than the irobot, drop sensors are priceless, cleans up better and more thorough than the irobot. I know because i have both types. The next one I buy will be a ecovacs

My place is clean now. This unit doesnt get lost or stuck. It will alert you if it is stuck or eats wires and it will stop. Easy to clean and easy to use. Remote control as well if needed.

Overall great vacuum for the price. It lacks some of the options, but you pay for what you get.

This vacuum seems to work relatively well. The remote control that comes with it is easy to operate. I am very disappointed that so far I have been unable to connect this unit to my Wi-Fi and my smart phone. I have tried multiple times and contacted customer service for help with no success. I am thinking the unit has a problem and may need to be returned for replacement.

After reading the reviews I decided to purchase this Deebot N279SE. This machine is truly a lifesaver when it comes to keeping my tile floors clean. I purchased this item when it went on sale for $139 because the original price of $279 was too much for my budget, since I'm a full time college student. It cleans my floors while I am doing my homework, studying and prepare for test. It saves me time because all I have to do is mop my floors. My husband loves how thorough it cleans as it goes under the beds and really gets in the corners. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.
