This worked really well. Once it ran its 2 year the bot started to loose map. It wouldn’t hold enough charge. We luckily were able to use the Geek Squad warranty in time to receive credit for another type of robot floor cleaner

Took 3 robot vacuums back because they were not mapping our 3200 sq. ft. home well. This has been the winner of our choices hands down. It remembers the environment has great obstacle avoidance and cleans well. The mopping feature is even excellent.

Works Just like I need it to! The mopping feature doesn’t go over the carpet like other products on the market. It has pretty good suction. Glad I caught it on sale. I’m still playing around with it but so far great but!

We gave this to our daughter for Christmas. I was really amazed with how well it vacuumed the floor. It did really well with the transition from carpet to linoleum. We have not fully test out the mopping functionality yet.

After our Shark vac bit the dust (pun intended) we searched for a replacement. This vacuum had good reviews so we tried it out. Overall it’s been an excellent upgrade. The room mapping is fantastic and now I can send my vacuum to a specific space, which we couldn’t do with our previous vacuum. The additional mop feature works well too. Sometimes we have issues with the OS system and have to power cycle the unit. But that’s been our only issue. For the price, I think it’s a great value.

Still trying to figure it out and so far it’s been quite frustrating. Got it to connect to the wifi which wasn’t so bad once I figured out it needed to be setup on the 2.4ghz. Seems to run great but it takes forever and sometimes can’t figure out how to get to the docking station. I just started to play around with it so I’m sure I’ll figure some things out but so far, for the money it costs, it’s been frustrating getting used to it. Would still recommend though, just have patience in learning how to make it work properly.

Quality robo vac overall for a good price. I haven't used the mop feature so I can't comment about that. The suction is powerful and the carpet mode gives the vac an added boost. The app might be the weakest part of this product. If the dock is relocated or moved, a new map must be generated with a full clean cycle so you lose the virtual lines that's supposed to prevent the bot vac from cleaning certain spaces. The vac can get loud even on normal clean mode. The vac does not have obstacle detection so it can bump into furniture legs and get stuck from power/cable lines.

I cannot say enough great things about this Deebot! It Vacuums, Mops and keeps my hardwoods looking great and spotless. I’d choose this over the overpriced Roomba any day.

I've tried them all. This one is the best overall. It can mop or vacuum. The mapping system is laser guided. The app is good. The only thing lacking is the customer service.

I would give it 5 stars but just recently started not finding the base. I have deleted the map and will remap to see if it clears up the problem! Other than that, I love this machine!! I’ve set a cleaning schedule and don’t think about it! It picks up so much dirt! I have not used the mop feature yet, but plan to in a few days! I would undeniably recommend the Ecovacs over the iRobot. So much more bang for your buck!!

The only reason that it didn't get 5 stars is because the mapping is a little difficult and sometimes it can't find it's way back to the doc. Otherwise, it sweeps and mops at the same time!!! Also, when the mop pad is on, it can detect the rug and not mop on the rug. It is great, we have 3 dog and our floors have never been so clean. It goes under the couch, table, beds and around the dogs ;)

IT REALLY WORKS! REALLY! I like everything about this robot vacuum. The construction is solid. It picks up dirt I didn't know was there. We have two dogs and it gets all the pet hair off the floor and carpet, I was surprised. The software is easy to use, and the floor mapping is wonderful. Setting virtual boundaries is great, because people dont always close the doors. They even include a little tool to cut tangled hairs and fibers off the vacuum brush.

What was life before I discovered the Deebot T5?! I love this vacuum/mop so much and is so happy I decided to spend the money to get it.

Not bad. Vacuums great. Mop is as expected. App is cool. The other day though the darn thing just made a b line for the middle of the couch and proceeded to just ram itself up against the couch for a few minutes. Picked it up and it went right back to doing it. Had to pick the item up, move it to another room and restart the cleaning cycle. Worked well after that. But yeah. Cool toy. Helps

There’s a lot to like about this robot vac, and there are a few things that could use improvement. From what I’ve found, the Ozmo T5 is a renamed version of the Ozmo 950. Since the new T8 is now Ecovacs’ flagship unit with a newer navigation system, the price has dropped on this guy making it a really good value. Here are the things I really like. It’s significantly quieter than my previous botvac. You can up the suction power (and noise level) using the app, but I found that unnecessary since it automatically speeds up when it senses carpet. Its low height lets it get under many pieces of furniture to find hidden dust bunnies and dirt. It’s a bit more gentle when maneuvering and doesn’t bang into things much as it learns its way around when building a cleaning map. It’s also smart enough not to fall down steps or drop-offs, but you might watch it the first time just in case. The battery life is outrageously long (rated at 200 minutes). With its high suction ability and side brushes, it cleans deep and gets the edges. The Ecovacs Home app has a lot of features available in advanced mode. It will maintain multiple maps, you can name areas, set automatic cleaning times, establish barriers, and define a particular spot to clean. There are some negatives. The dust bin is small, and it doesn’t stop and tell you to empty the bin. I’m not sure how you can make use of the long run time with this limitation. To be fair, once it’s cleaned a time or two there’s less to pick up, so it should last longer between dumps. Although the app has all kinds of advanced features, it’s a little glitchy and lacks instructions or thorough tutorials. Be prepared for some trial and error efforts. As a tip, switch it to advanced mode before you start to avoid losing an established map if you later change. This is also a mopping bot. However, where I’d give its vacuuming abilities a 9, but it’s mopping rates a 5 or 6. When it has water in its tank, it knows to vacuum and mop hard floors and avoid carpet. However, I have both hardwood and vinyl planks floors, and I can’t find a way to keep it from also mopping the wood. This is my second robot vac, so I already understood preparing your house. You have to get things out of the way and pick up loose stuff it can choke on! I think the newer T8 is supposed to know how to avoid those unexpected things we leave lying around, but not this guy. Also, keep in mind all those charger cables that we tend to let drop on the floor do not mix with robot vacs. This is a very good, thorough cleaning vacuum, and a big improvement over my earlier unit in most ways. The mopping may work well for you depending on your layout, but I don’t find it a big plus. At the current price, this is a lot of robot for the money. It even comes with a full set of replacement brushes and disposable mop cloths. I’d probably up my rating if the app was as good as the vac and more user friendly.

I like the mopping feature. The mapping works good once you get it figured out.

Cleans well. App work well also, lazer works doesnt bump into everything.

Great overall. Once it initially creates the map during the first cleaning, it doesn’t save it and keep using it. Every time our Deebot cleans, it “updates” the map, and if something is moved from the previous clean, it changes the map. I wish it would only update when we prompt it to. Other than that, this is an excellent vacuum. It has been a lifesaver!

It's use to use and set up. I run it once a week and it keeps my floors really clean. Very happy with my purchase.
