This is my second deebot and while it does a good job mopping and vacuuming it can be noisy from time to time while moving around, sounds like a rubber rubbing noise maybe from the tires. The other deebot does not make this sound. My only other concern is it already had a failure with the LDS sensor on top. It randomly in the middle of the night while on the charging dock started to say it had a failure. It would not function anymore and upon further inspection found the sensor no longer spinning around. I was able to nudge it to get it spinning and now it works but was a little upsetting with it having a issue only 3 days old. Time will tell if it happens again.

Love the Deebot - compared to my last robotic vacuum (that I thought was wonderful) - this one is hands down a much better unit. Love the mop feature, the app feature, the strength of the suction and the room coverage of the unit. Winner winner!

Very good vacuuming and decent mopping system. Say goodbye to manual vacuum. It is a super utility for the families who doesn’t get time to clean every day

Works good as a vaccuum but haven't been able to get the WIFI connected. The instructions are very vague and have as of yet, haven't figured out how to use the mopping feature.

This is still initial review since I haven't tried many features of the product yet. However, based on what I have tried, it works pretty good and so easy to use.

I really like this robot vacuum. It does everything I want and more. I haven’t and probably won’t use the mopping feature, but it is nice to have if i change my mind. The app has many options and I could see it be overwhelming to some. My complaints would be that this vacuum gets stuck on uneven surfaces (like the transition between the floor and the base of a cat tree), and every once in awhile the map will get rotated about 30 degrees and the robot will get confused as to its location. I have had to go into the app and delete the map twice since I have owned this robot.

This Ecocacs Deebot Ozmo robot vacuum is a great product. Using my mobile phone, I was able to set up a cleaning schedule and set up boundaries to keep it from going into other rooms. It was easy to set up and works great.

Does take a while before it will accurately map your home but it does work without having to use weird strips other brands use to create rooms/boundary lines.

Great vacuum. Not super loud. Picks up most trash on first pass... only complaint would be the mopper. Not the best if you’re using the disposable pads.

This product works very well so far. My house is fairly big so it took more than one charge to complete the task. It mapped out the house and once the recharge was complete it started back where it left off

I want to start by saying, I was one of those people who scoffed at others with their robotic vacuums. I've heard family, friends, and co-workers talk about theirs, all while I thought "what a waste of money". Well after having my Ecovacs Deebot for a couple of weeks now I have to say - where has this been all my life? The time savings alone is huge. You have the ability to setup schedules, start cleaning remotely or manually, and schedule do not disturb times. It's so nice to come home and have the entire house vacuumed and mopped - yes mopped! One of the first things I was impressed with is what's provided in the box. This may seem minor, but to find Ecovacs included an extra set of side brushes and a replacement filter was a pleasant surprise. Not many companies provide you with replacement parts these days. Kudos Ecovacs, well done. This is a solid, well-built machine. Absolutely no part of this device feels cheap or flimsy. It seems Ecovacs put a lot of intelligent thought into the design, build, and features set, and it shows. This is high quality piece of technology. Setup was incredibly easy. There is some minor assembly required, such as snapping in the side brushes. Nothing laborious or requiring tools. Honestly the hardest part of getting the Ozmo T5 ready to go was deciding where to place the charging base. Total setup time was approximately 15 minutes, including unboxing, installation, and downloading and setting up the app. It is recommended to fully charge the vacuum prior to first use, and while each user will have a different experience, my initial charge took approximately two hours and it was ready to go. You should expect the first cleaning to take a little longer than subsequent uses, as the T5 will map out the environment. The main level of my home is approximately 1200sf, and the initial cleaning lasted about 1 hour 45 minutes. All cleanings since have been around 1 hour 10 minutes. It should be noted, for those with multi-level homes, the T5 can map out and save three different map areas. You also have the ability, from within the app, to clean specific rooms or areas. This is helpful if you don't need to clean the entire house, just a specific room or area. Another impressive feature is the ability of this device to not only vacuum carpets, but also to mop floors - simultaneously! The T5 can differentiate what type of surface it is cleaning and self-adjust. For thicker carpets it will increase the suction, while automatically decreasing suction on less thick surfaces, whether that be carpet, tile, hardwoods, etc. Incredibly, the T5 can also sense if it is on a surface that requires vacuuming versus mopping, so you don't end up mopping your carpets. How well does this robotic vacuum clean? I'm glad you asked. AMAZINGLY! Look, a vacuum can have all the technology and cool features in the world, but if it doesn't perform its basic level functions well (vacuuming) then what's the point?! I vacuumed my carpets and swept my hard surfaces two days prior to the first use of my T5. While I won't give the specific brand name, I have a higher end traditional vacuum. I was totally shocked at how much the T5 was able to clean. I honestly expected to find very little in the on-board container. What I found was a nearly full container. We are a pet-free home and only one child, so I can't attest to homes with heavier use or pet hair. This vacuum is considerably more quiet than its traditional counterparts. I have been able to watch TV without increasing the volume. I should also mention the lines left on carpets are straight and very aesthetically pleasing. Something nearly impossible to obtain with a traditional vacuum. Very straight lines, and none of the "V" or "rainbow" patterns. Should the T5 encounter an issue it will give an audible "verbal" notification, as well as a notification to your phone or device via the app.It will also notify you when cleaning has started and ended using the same methods. The T5 is very good at working through and around obstacles, without damaging itself or your home. I was surprised at the spaces this vacuum was able to get into. Under beds, couches, chairs, etc. and moving around obstacles. I've had only one experience in which I needed to intervene. This was a charging cord left on the floor which wrapped around the main brush. The T5 paused cleaning, gave me a verbal notification, and made its way from under the couch to the center of the living room floor. I simply removed the cord, and yes it was incredibly easy, then the vacuum continued on its way heading back to the spot where it had previously paused cleaning. I am incredibly satisfied with my Ecovacs Deebot Ozmo T5 robotic vacuum. This is totally my go-to now for everyday vacuuming and mopping. There is simply nothing bad to say. If you are in the market, or on the fence about purchasing a robotic vacuum - do it! I have no qualms about recommending this amazing piece of technology. You NEED this in your life!

What an amazing time saver. My wife has nicknamed her DeeDee and swears it's the best purchase ever. We liked it so much we bought one for a friend as a house warming gift. Sweeps, mops, frees up a lot of time!

I love this unit, is so convenient, i can schedule the cleaning, or do it any time i want, is very powerful too, and the most important thing, it cleaned the home really good

I really like how it sucks and napes, it works very well, it has good quality, I have two dogs and I don't have to worry about the hair on the floor, this robot works very well

I was looking at the Roomba but chose the Deebot because it had both vacuuming and mopping capabilities in one machine. I am very happy with the product. I mop in the morning and vacuum at night.

I have had numerous robotic vacs and this is by far the best one. Its maps you floors then you can go back and place virtual boundaries. it takes awhile but totally worth it.

I tried it out for the first time recently and it did well. Pleasantly surprised. Very happy with the battery life. Still need to try the mop but the vacuum cleaner is great.

The mopping could be better! But overall great unit! Loved the mapping and it worked well! Could improve on no go Zoe’s but great little guy!

The vacuuming features are great; however, the mopping features are more like damp sweeping than actual mopping.

Cleaning power is really good. We had just vacuumed before using it and it had much more than I thought it would in the container after. For some reason, it won’t do our whole bedroom. It will do a third of it and then say it’s completed cleaning. I don’t know if it’s a distance issue because our bedroom is about 70’ from the charging base. Haven’t tried the mopping feature yet so I can’t review that. We do like it, just wish it would compete out bedroom.
