The complimentary mix of ease of use and effectiveness makes this vacuum/mop combo one of my favorite purchases of the year. I have used other robo vacuums in the past that have been less then effortless, but the deboot delivers everytime, leaving my flows clean and glowing! I will definitely be recommending this exceptional product to everyone I know.

Works really well. Setup is easy and it tracks a lot better than some of the older Shark Models and gets stuck less. Replacement parts are reasonably priced.

I am amazed how good it cleans up the house and cleaned itself. Honestly, I would recommend this product to one of my coworkers and family helps out a lot even with kids.

I must say, going from an irobot to an unknown brand i was extremely nervous. And after doing extensive tesearch i came to 3 robots, the j9+, ecovacs T20 omni, and roborocks s8 pro ultra. I ultimately decided to toss roborock off the lost primarily due to the price tag. Initially i went with the j9+ combo. And after about 2 hours of fidgeting with it and having it clean once, i decided that it wasnt for me. After exchanging for the T20 i not only was blown away but i was left with shiny floors! With having 2 cats and being a medical student where im RARELY home let alone time to clean, i haven’t seen my floors shine in months. Safe to say after seeing this i went online bought ALL the accessories i could for it as its ecovacs 26 year anniversary and have sales on literally everything, which is why the T20 is $400 off!!! Get it while its on sale!!!! You wont regret it one bit!

I bought this Ecovac because of the good reviews with it on this site. It's been a month and a half since I set up the Ecovac. At first it did a great job with vacuuming and ok with the mopping however it is starting to fault. It gets lost and cant find its way back to the base and recently it has stopped moving forward but the brushes are still spinning. The battery was at 52%. It reset itself after I brought it back to the station. There is maintenence you must do to keep your vac working and I've been on top of that so my hopes are not positive that this is going to last if it's already having issues. The app is ok but the mapping is not correct. I've erased the map and started over but over time the map changes so I don't use it. I have another robotic vac that only vacuums but it works twice as better and cost half the price. I wanted to like this product but for the price, there shouldn't be any issues especially so early after buying it.

It is perfect. powerful, easy to use, great job in my tile. picks up dust and pet hair, I love the mop function.

Picked up package it was heavy, when open could not belive it was huge with 2 tanks easy to change out. It mapped out my house I titled my rooms, set it to mop and vac. it does have its own command settings, I do it though Alexa. dies a excellent job. I have it clean the bathroom and kitchen daily, whole house twice a week, sometimes I ask it to clean a specific room on demand, goes to station, cleans its mop heads and empties trash. Just keep up on filling and empty waste water. order typical parts for on hand. on youtube has a company tech with tips and advice

I was very skeptical about buying this. I’ve always had iRobot vacuums and they have only been lasting me 1 year almost as soon as the warranty runs out they just stop working. I just replaced my old irobot with the new iRobot j9+ and didn’t even get to use it 3 days before it broke. So I decided to give this a try and I really like it. It just as good as the iRobot if not better. The app for the iRobot is more simpler to use then the ecovacs is but you will get used to it after using it. You have more customization with the cleaning then you do with the iRobot and this even goes around the sides of the room like the base boards and cleans them where the iRobot doesn’t. I’ve had this for about a month now and I’ve had no issues what so ever and the cleaning and suction power is very good. Especially if you have dogs in the house.

Got this product on sale and tried it as soon as I can, it did very well on cleaning l/mopping and vaccuming. YES there's some damp spots on edge of the rug but its minor it dries up pretty quickly, that's just unavoidable in my opinion. The robot did great on finding its home station and doing the self cleaning and self emptying. Always update to the latest software before using so you'll have a good experience.

Awesome poduct overall. Easy to setup. This is our second cleaning robot, we are in love. We love how clean our house is and how easy it is to setup the robot but also to maintenance it. App could be a bit better but still a very good product

The product itself as in the robot is amazing and a game changer although it has no on board water tank. It still manages to clean the floor so well. The app on the other hand isn't the greatest and even within the new price that it sells for it's not a smooth experience I was hoping for. Once you mange to set up the robot and a cleaning schedule your golden but setting up with the app was a trouble some experience the less you deal with the app the better.

This robot has been amazing. You will be shocked at how quickly it can map your home. I have a full LVP flooring with rugs and this thing recognises rugs very well. The moping is such an underappreciated feature, as it does a good job. The only thing I would say to impove, is the amount of water it uses to clean the moping pads. I have to refill the water tank just about every 2 moping sessions (1400 sqft house). However, the dirt that gets picked up in the dirty water tank is shocking to see, it picks up a lot! I would recommend to anyone who can afford to spend the extra money for this Robot. Compared to others I have owned, this one is by far the best.

Great robot, keep the floor clean but demands daily service on water system, even with low return frequency to station it uses a lot of water to clean de mopping pads. The app is great with a lot of features. Keep my mats clean but uses to get tangled if mat is thin .

Absolutely love this robot vacuum and mop! It cleans thoroughly, switches easily between vacuuming and mopping, and saves me so much time. My floors have never looked better!

Scored this last years model ecovac for less than half the original price. Super great deal. My wife and I love it. It’s truly amazing and if you have dogs you must own. Several years ago we attempted a robo vac and returned it a week later. This ecovac is here to stay. Great product and bestbuy great price.

This is the best robot vacuum I have ever owned. The cleaning is impeccable. Very easy to map out your house and get started. Would highly recommend

The mapping doesn't work too well. It sets stock so easily. When it works, I love it but it always has troubleshooting issues. If I could I would return it but when I wanted to it was already too late.

I have the omni robot vacuum/mop and purchased this as an upgrade. This robot is not very good. The robot randomly cleanscaround the house, there is no pattern that i have seen. The robot will sometimes just stop and “think” or just go around in the same plsce for several minutes. My favorite “mess up” is the vacuum vacuuming in the same room (10x10) for 30 minutes thrn leaves the room to “clean” the mopping pads and then goes back to the same carpeted room to try and vacuum again. This robot takes over 2 hours to clean the floors of a 1300 square foor house. Back to Besy Buy this one goes
