The lidar function is working great. I am saying this, because I considered T8 AIVI version too. I can say there is no need to go with the costly version. The autoempty function works, yes. But still you need to open the robot to dedust the filter at least every week, if you use the robot daily. So I don’t know, if auto empty bin is that much necessary or not since you need to touch the robot anyway. It is good, that robot tells you when it requires a filter cleaning.

Can't wait to break this out. I have seen many reviews that rank this very high. For the features, including self-emptying, you can not beat this for the pre-Christmas sale that Best Buy was running.

It’s been about a week since we use it. Does decent job on hard floor. Not sure about carpet as we don’t have any. Mopping function is good but not great. Got one star out for being it on high price .

I like this product a lot! It cleans really well. Mopping is ok, but at least it is very smart and screams quality.

I had to decide between this and a Roomba J7+. Went with this. After 3 months of regular use I have some gripes. It used to complete the entire 990sqft in one go until two weeks back when it started to go back and charge to start 3 hours later. My charger cables always get stuck. Way finding is sub optimal. It maps the entire area, but when it tries to find a path chooses to go through obstacles. The mopping functionality is not worth it. I still have to use a Swiffer for tough stains.

I don't normally write reviews, but felt compelled to do so for this product. I will start out by saying that when this robot works, it works fantastically. The mapping capability/performance, virtual boundaries, no-mop zones and labeling are really terrific. But, as I previously wrote the device has to be in working order for these things to function. The problem is with the device constantly going offline for no apparent reason. This seems to happen every week. Nothing short of a total re-set of the device gets it connected again. The problem with this is that that all map data and saved map details are deleted. I have connected the robot to my primary and guest WiFi networks to determine if that made a difference. No difference between the two. The next biggest complaint is the ineffective customer service. I should have done a bit more research to know that all customer service is based in China and, as such, responses are delayed due to time difference and the broken English in written responses is frustrating to decipher. Lastly, no real solutions to this issue are ever provided. Other reviewers are correct regarding the issues with the robot going offline and the app not connecting and I am writing this review to confirm the others' assessment of this issue. In short, this vacuuming robot works well...when it works.

Great little robotic vacuum. Instructions could be clearer, but their support service has been very helpful. It’s so nice to have the house clean all the time!

Best vacuum for the price. Battery is long lasting, does my 2000 sq ft home on one charge.

Piece of crap, after one year, starts throwing bumper stuck error messages all the time and it stops. I would suspect that the problem is somehow software, because there is no issue with the bumper, when you push it it bounces back. Don't expect support to help you. They are only pushing back. useless.

Top class bundle with top class robot vacuum and the auto empty station is great, great value for the best!

Bought 2 for my new house and they running around cleaning... My cats scared of them, but they do the job.

Great product. Vacuuming is great. Mopping is ok at best.

Does a decent job in cleaning a small place. Because of the design, the vacuum "pushes" the fur clumps into corners more than sucking them up. I often have to go through and manually vacuum these clumps once every few days but it is still alot easier than vacuuming the whole house. I do see a noticeable difference between when it runs and when it stopped running. Speaking of which, it will randomly stop working so you'll have to reset the map every month or so. Random firmware updates will also cause the vacuum to stop running.

Thought cleaning is good. Mapping app is not user friendly and has so many restrictions. App needs lot of improvement.

These need to be called sweepers as there’s no suction like a vacuum. It’s quite so it can run a night. After watching so many YouTube reviews this is the one I settled on as the features out weighted other brands. It really came down to object detection. Other brands were planning firmware updates in the future to add certain object detection but this already had it.

This is the best product ever bought. I don’t have to clean my house anymore
