Easy to setup and use. Pretty much follow the app on my android phone. But sometimes I have an issue that just happens once in a while. Looks like the vacuum looses the stored map and initiates its cicle generating an new map of my house. Waht I do is the I force it to go back to the station a couple of times till the map shows up again. Oder than that I can't complain. Would recomend...

1000% satisfied! Floors are spotless after 2 moppings. Vaccum is outstanding. I have two cats and no hair on floor or dander floating around. Super quiet. It sneaks between rooms in housekeeper mode without me hearing or seeing it. You get what you pay for! Buy cheap, beware.

I wanted to give it 5 stars, its certainly not perfect but I would say it does really well when it comes to vacuuming and mopping. My only gripe is that my robot keeps disconnecting from internet and every time it does this I have to manually press reset button and connect to internet. On one occasion I had to remap everything because of the lost connectivity.

This vac/mop does an amazing job keeps the floors amazingly clean auto mapping auto rerouting and return, auto cleaning. Only thing i think could be better would have more bag storage on the main unit.

I really wanted to believe in these combo units but it didn’t live up to my expectations. I wish I bought a straight vacuum robot. The mopping portion of the machine broke after warranty and theres nothing than can be done according to support without paying a third party. Even with the machine working, the mopping want as great as I expected and the only approved cleaner is the one ecovac sells themselves. Still working as a vacuum though which is nice, except the clip broke in the inside of the dust been. I don’t really like leaving nitpicky reviews but this thing was 1500 bucks and I regret it. Wanted to give yall a heads up. Ive uploaded a pic of the broken clip and but unable to upload the video if the vacuum base failing to withdraw the dirty water.

It's a good little helper. It's not perfect but does a decent job and saves me hours off of cleaning the floors. As soon as I release the vacuum robot my kids start pickkng up their toys and garbage off the floor. It doesnt do well getting the edges, but a few minutes sweeping the edges in each room isnt a big deal. I really like this robot.

This product is not ready release. The application it uses is very buggy and often erases the map. The robot does not mop well or evenly out of the box. I had to contact the manufacturer to get updated mopping plates that make it work better but not great still. This should be an item that is known and much easier to get. Their customer support is horrible at best and after sending me the updated mop pad holder plates denied they did. I managed to get better off brand mop pads and made adjustments that made the robot work. I should not have had to for a $$$$ item. It should work.

A very great help for a busy household. I do not need to use any swiffer no more! Just one click in its app and it will clean all types of flooring. The best part is the self cleaning! I highly recommend this product!

the robot let missing zones in my home without cleaning its better than other competitors but in the corners doesnt perform well, and its too higth for different furnitures, they must to make more low profile to clean under sofas or dreesers

I never thought I would love a robot but I do. It’s so amazing I don’t mind having to manually remove the mop pads when I want it to vacuum an area rug in our living room. It’s hands down better that the iRobot and Shark that I had previously.

Operating system is a little glitchy, not very good at mapping the house. Does an ok job with the vacuum and mopping, but for the price, not anything extraordinary.

This Robot vacuum and mop combo is awesome! Does a tremendous job on our floors, which are mostly tile. It’s not cheap, but they say, “Cheap stuff ain’t good, and good stuff ain’t cheap!” It’s true! The $1500 price point gave me a bit of discomfort, but when it dropped to $999 on the Black Friday deal, it was mine! A tremendous purchase!

The robot can help you alot, save, get rid of pet hair and clean the floor.

Best product on the market, wish I would have got one a long time ago.

I’m writing this review while I’ve been on the phone with Best Buy for over an hour and a half AGAIN. The store representative completely lied to me when I dropped the $1600 on this and opted to get the total tech to cover my purchase beyond the standard one year. I was on the fence about even buying it in the first place because I wasn’t sure about the brand, but the employee told me they have total tech support which would cover me for 2 years. A year and a half into ownership and surprise surprise,they are telling me that I didn’t renew my total tech(which the guy never told me I needed to, or I would have just set up the renewal on my BBY credit card) and that I’m out of luck. I have dropped serious money at Best Buy over the years. They have definitely lost me over this. By the way, if they tell you they will have a manager call back, don’t hold your breath.

Love this beyond belief! Watching it do the work is the best part!
