I’ve owned three iRobots ( two were the same model ) J9+ ( replaced it, malfunctioned ) and a J7 + ( replaced for the J9+, because it also malfunctioned) all three would lose track of where the base was located. Not only that, the N30 Pro Omni mapped my house in less than 10 minutes ( without hitting anything ). The iRobots took over an hour and bumped into everything. The mopping on the N30 pro Omni is also far superior. Honestly, If you’re on the fence or currently looking at iRobot, do yourself a favor and pass. Get the N30, it’s a beast and the app also works a lot better. You’re welcome in advance.

1st n30 pro omni made a faint buzzing sound from the starion all the time and also started leaking water from the clean water reservoir. Returned to bestbuy and thet swapped with a new one and so far that is working great. Obstacle avoidance is very good for mid price robot, even passed the fake pet waste test. Mapped great but will advise after mappping to run full vacuum only of the entire house before you tweak your nap or it will change after 1st cleaning. Once thats done go ahead and name, combine,divide, add no go zones or whatever then backup map and do a map restore the ln tou should be good. Wosh the robot had an onboard water tank but for the price this does a great job both vacuuming and mopping. Not for mopping up big messes so yoh have to do alittle work yourself yet.

Overall, I'm happy. This is my first mopping vavuum, and fourth robot vacuum. This a lot better than the $400ish shark it replaced. The first one i got wouldn't charge and had to be exchanged. The second one worked well. It cleans the floors very well. It returns about 1/3 of the dirty water, and the other 2/3 evaporates, which feels about right. It has gotten stuck on bath mats that its pushed over, cat toys, and under two pieces of furniture. Thats the main complaint. But the outcomes of the floor cleaning is very good.

If you're in a budget and needs a little help to clean your house. This is the best value robovac for you. I've had several Deebots and still use them. This is so much of an upgrade for the price value. It's an all in one robovac. Awesome vacuum and mop combo. This is by far the best deebot I've own.

Ecovacs has come a long way since its older models. My initial model that I used has minimum suction and not mopping capability. This model has come a long way. The 2 primary reasons on why I enjoy this model vs other models is due to its corner control and its ease of use/cleaning. Firstly, some robot vacuums simply map out your home and follow the corners, there is not adaptive texture mapping, real-time object maneuvering or scheduled cleaning capabilities. The N30 Pro Omni does all of the above. The in-app mapping is broken down by texture, meaning if one room on the floor is carpeted and the rest is hardwood/tile, the app can distinguish and alter cleaning treatment. This was a nice touch as my previous only blue-printed out the floor and not alter how the surface was cleaned. The app can also schedule cleaning/emptying which is nice. Another neat feature is the Tru Edge mopping system. This technology is setting the bar high in terms of how close the cleaner can get to the corners and walls, there is no more wondering if that hard-to-get corner has been cleaned. Lastly, maintenance has always been a challenge. The cleaning components "under the hood" often get tangled with hair, dust or debris. This model has an anti-tangle feature that auto lifts mop heads to reduce the chance of a snag. Cleaning has never been easier either. The wet and dry compartments are clearly spelled out and displayed to assure there are no unanswered questions on how to empty the dust bin or dirty water containers. All in all, if you are looking for a robot vacuum that has increased corner/wall precision control and reduced tangle potential then this is the model for you. Pairing this performance with a user friendly app assure for satisfaction!

I would like to start by saying how disappointed I am with DEEBOT N30 PRO OMNI . I first was introduced to ECOVACS robots Nov 21, 2021 when I purchased the DEEBOT N8. I loved this robot so much. I always recommended to my friends. This robot lasted almost 4 years without issues. Early this year it began to bump into everything and the battery life was not like it used to. I decided it was time for a new one and since I was already familiar with the Ecovacs products on Mar 30, 2025 I decided to purchase the DEEBOT N30 PRO OMNI robot vacuum. I noticed right away the moping feature was off but I decided to Give it a shot. It has been 4 months now and can honestly say I am so disappointed. Everything about this robot is wrong. The mopping feature is always a hit or miss. I don’t understand why it is so inconsistent. I get surprised when it actually works. The mapping feature. I have had to re map 3 times since I purchased. For some reason it can’t read the floor plan. My floor plan is not as the app shows. The connection is lost at random times. It reads “offline”even though it is on . When the mopping feature decides to works the water tray over floods. The vacuum is so loud and it does not vacuum good. I am hoping it is just a defective robot and that with warranty I can receive a replacement and begin to love the DEEBOT N30 PRO OMNI as I loved the DEEBOT N8.

This vacuum is great, especially for the price. It gets all the corners both with vacuuming and mopping. Had to change settings so it would empty the dust bin more often, kinda a hidden setting so it was not emptying as often as it should have. It avoids obstacles well. If you don’t want to spend $1000 on a vacuum, this one works well.

By far the smartest most efficient robot vacuum I have ever purchased! This is my fourth brand to purchase and so far I’m in love! Mapped the house quickly and gets in and out of rooms leaving them super clean! Best purchase! Only downfall was I had to purchase specific cleaner not sold in stores… curious what other cleaners would be recommended that I can purchase in the store.

This is the best Vacuum/ Mop i have owned. It mapped our house very quick, never runs over anything and our floors are sparkling clean every morning after it is finished.

This robo vac does a decent job, but I feel the price was a little high for its abilities. I like that I can run the mop twice before refilling the clean mop water, as I can not do this with my older model. It does a pretty decent job of not getting itself stuck. It does not do an amazing job with pet hair, and the mopping power is just okay. It gets the job done, but just an okay job.

I am in love with my robot mop. This brand is excellent. I tried 2 before this one and it was such a bad experience. I love it because it takes away a task from the many I have. I love how the app is very detailed when your programing to clean. The set up is not as big and fits in a corner and the emptying/cleaning mode is just the cherry on top. Not as noisy as others and the mop function really cleans because of the 2 circular pads it has. This product is really worth your money.

I've tried 5 other robot vacuums..this is one of the better ones. On my first unit..the extending arm broke in the first week..I returned the unit, hoping it was just that unit, the second unit ..same extending arm cracked...(I just replaced it this time). I hope it holds up.. I'm tired of trying the next unit.

So we have hardwood floors in the area, and we use this. I would say my wife and I were extremely happy with how it performed. We use the mop and vacuum function every night. We are a family of 3, but have 2 dogs and 2 cats, so it was important to use it worked well. Would recommend.

Vacuums, mops, and is completely customizable! Clean and dirty water tanks, so I can forget about for 2 weeks.

I have a teen ager and two large dogs. Needless to say, my floors always have kid and dog crumbs. I was sweaping and moping almost every day after work, it was driving me crazy! I couldn't be more pleased with this little power horse. Ive had ot for a month and she keeps the living room, kitchen, laundry room and half bath floors so clean. I dont want to have a psychotic break from all the crap sticking to my feet. This has been the best investment i have made for my mental health.

Does what it is suppose to do… wish it had a little bit more battery power. You can find cheap and sometimes better replacement parts on amazon. Do recommend getting the ecovacs cleaning liquid but if you do use pin sol use just a cap ful maybe once a month to mop the whole area.

Gave this a 4 star rating because it was hard to get connected to the wifi. The vaccuum itself works fantastic and parts are available on amazon. They also have great customer service

This is so helpful in getting the house clean. Love the fact that I can mop and vacuum at the same time. It does an excellent job of keeping the floors cleaned

Very good but the battery life definitely doesn't match up to the Omni pro series

The EcoVac was purchased at Best Buy an as usual I was provided great customer service and great knowledge of the product. Ecovac was easy to set up and works amazing. Not only does the EcoVac sweep but it also mops the floors. It cleans my floors very well.
