The ice maker is great! It fits great on our counter and makes ice faster than I anticipated. It's pretty quiet too, just a light hum. Perfect for entertaining guests (when you might need a little extra ice on hand for drinks/cocktails). It melts fairly quickly, but just keeps recycling the water and making more ice, so that’s not a problem. This is also something that I use only sporadically (see above) and not an ice tray/freezer ice maker replacement per se. That said, you can make loads of ice and stick it right in the freezer for later use. A+!

This ice maker is awesome. I got it as a Father's Day gift. The ice created are perfect sized little bullets small or large. It works pretty fast. You just gotta keep your eye on it. Barely can hear it running! Just add water as needed and put your ice in your ice tub and you're good to go.

I have owned this portable ice maker for almost a week now and we have been very impressed with it’s performance and appearance. First off, it really does make ice in less than 10 minutes! And the ice is nice shaped and has different size options. The unit is compact yet looks sturdy and does not look cheaply made. The buttons and controls are solid. It has a nice carrying handle for portability and we are excited to use it traveling as the weather warms. Overall this is a great countertop ice machine and I highly recommend it for others shopping for a great ice machine!

i love it ! I been using this ice maker since I moved into a small apartment. Makes perfect size cubes small or large. Also it really does make 6 cubes in 9 mins so it works fast. Definitely a bang for your buck to stay cool

I have really liked the ice machine. Its easy to use and not to heavy to move around.

Disappointed – Stopped Making Ice Too Soon I was initially happy with this ice maker—it worked well for the first few times/days an produced a decent amount of ice. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped making ice without warning. I checked the water supply, cleaned the unit, and followed all troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. For the price, I expected better reliability. It’s really frustrating to have an appliance stop functioning so quickly, especially one that's supposed to be convenient and dependable. I reached out to customer service, but the response was slow and not particularly helpful. Unless the quality improves, I can’t recommend this product. Look elsewhere if you're expecting something long-lasting.
