Works great makes plenty of ice when needed for events with family.

I purchased this ice maker to make nugget ice for my alcoholic drinks that I have in the evening and it did produced nice nugget ice at a fairly rapid pace. The amount of ice was enough for about 4 drinks. The issue I have with this maker is it does not store the ice in a refrigerated compartment in the maker. After the ice is made you have to either use it immediately or you have to scoop it out into a container and place it into the freezer for use at a later time. Problem with this is that the ice is partially melted by the time you put it into the freezer so it tends to freeze into a ball of nugget ice needing an ice pick to break it apart. My complaint is this procedure was never indicated on the web page for the maker. I assumed the ice would be stored in the maker in a refrigerated state until needed but it is not and nowhere in the makers description was this pointed out.

I love this thing. Sits on my counter and I can have ice whenever I want. It only take about 20-30 minutes to make ice. Way quicker than waiting on ice trays to freeze in the freezer. You do have to fill with water yourself but I like that option because our tap water is horrible. I use bottled water. You can make as much or as little as you like. It lets you know when you need to add more water or when it is full. I now use it daily and it actually helps me stay hydrated because I have ice readily available. You will not regret the purchase. Set up right for 2 hours, run a clean cycle and done. Great ice after completed. Also it has the little ice not larger chunks great fall all drinks and cup sizes.

This was a great buy. Fits perfectly on the countertop. It makes ice in minutes and is very low maintenance. Would 100% recommend buying.

The ice maker makes nicely sized nuggets that are little on the hard crunchy side, which works for me as they don't melt as quickly as softer ice. But that does mean they're not as nice for munching on. My only complaints are the ice maker is a bit loud and annoying to clean.

Does a good job of making the small chewy ice kids love. It works reasonably fast. Points deducted for being a little noisy and needing to emptied constantly or the ice melts.

Makes ice well tho capacity is small. Also, freezes tog in a bag so is only great used at the time it's made. About the best i think i can do for a small top of the counter product.

This thing makes great nugget ice with a pretty small footprint. Very nice looking unit and looks good on the counter. Makes batches really quickly too. Only thing is that it's not refrigerated so you'll need to move the ice after it's made to keep it frozen. Got this for my daughter's iced coffee and she couldn't be happier.

The ice comes out within a 2 minutes and fills up completely within 30min. I use it daily. Easy to clean.

This little Ecozy ice maker has been great. From the start the setup was easy. Downloading the Ecozy home app was simple, and we love getting the notifications when the ice maker tray is full or the machine needs more water. We did not think it was necessary to have a smart ice maker, but now that we have one I don’t think we can do without it.

Did a lot of research on nugget ice makers and found this one. I love it so far. Makes a ton of ice, the ice stays super cold and can program to start making ice at times I might need it.

This product is a great fit for a five-member family. My children, in particular, find it very easy and fun to use, which makes me very satisfied with the purchase.

Great product with recommend to everybody who want to make ice cubes at home.

Ice quality is excellent! Looks great on my countertop and so easy to use. Just fill it to the line and let it go. I wish it could make ice faster but I think I"m just a little impatient.
