    Great machine! Love ice size!!!

This ice maker has been a great addition to my household. The ice balls are a great size to fit into my water containers that I take to work. They last longer than the regular cubed ice! Draining process is very easy. The drip tray is perfectly placed and easy to remove and clean. Cleaning is easy and I love the self cleaning mode! It looks very sleek as well. As far as downsides, the ice maker is quite large. You have to find a spot big enough for proper ventilation. They do offer tubing to connect water supply and drainage, unfortunately I don’t have a good enough setup for the hose to be hooked up. It is such a nice feature to offer though. The opening to fill the reservoir is tight for a pitcher so I have had to use a smaller cup and fill it about 4 times to fill the tank. Overall the machine looks nice and I absolutely love the size of the ice and how long the ice lasts. I don’t feel like it takes too long to make the ice.

    Great for Quantity

This very large ice maker is definitely the best if you need a great quantity of craft ice made in a short amount of time. I have a traditional craft ice insulated mold and it takes 2 days to make 2 perfect balls. With this ice maker however I was able to produce at least 20 balls in about 6 hours. You have the choice of either doing a direct tap into the unit with a dedicated waterline or you can pour water into the reservoir at the bottom. One thing about the unit is that it does state that for the clearest ice balls you need the total dissolved solids (TDS) of the water used to be a value less than 200. And they do give you a digital meter to easily perform this test at home. Because of this, I decided to do an experiment using distilled water, filtered water (using my Brita pitcher) and then just regular tap water to see how each performed. Overall it appeared as if the filtered water turned out the most clear and aesthetically pleasing out of the 3 options. One other thing worth noting is that sometimes the balls did turn out a little oddly shaped. But this was most likely due to the earlier balls melting over the duration of the entire batch getting made as it doesn’t focus on trying to keep the inside perfectly freezer cold until all the balls are made. But given that it makes exponentially more balls in 6 hours than my insulated mold makes in 2 days it really isn’t anything I can be that picky about. Overall this is an amazing unit. If you care more about a steady quantity of craft ice over anything else this will definitely get the job done.

This ice maker has been amazing. The spheres that come out of this machine are perfect. They stay cold and last long. You can hook it up right to a water line and drain hose which is a big plus. If you don't have that option it has a water tray as well. If you fill the tray it will last about the whole day before needing to fill it again. It makes ice extremely fast and lots of it in just a few hours. This product also comes with a water tester which was nice and some tongs for grabbing the ice, along with all the water line hook ups if you need. I don't have any complaints on this thing. Perfect for a bar or if you don't have a fridge with an ice maker on it.

Game-Changer for Hosting and Whiskey Nights

Honestly, I didn’t think I’d care this much about ice—until I tried this machine. The Ecozy Sphere Ice Maker is hands down one of the best purchases I’ve made for my kitchen and hosting setup. It makes four perfectly round ice balls in about 35–40 minutes, and they come out super clear, especially if you use distilled water. The quality is next level. These aren’t cloudy, fast-melting cubes—they’re solid, slow to melt, and actually make a difference in drinks like whiskey, cocktails, or even iced coffee. What surprised me most is how easy it is to use. Just fill the tank, press a button, and it gets to work. You can even hook it up to a water line if you want. There’s a self-cleaning mode too, which is a huge plus. The ice bin holds a good amount (like 50+ balls), and the insulation keeps them frozen for hours without melting into a slushy mess. It’s definitely a bigger countertop appliance, so make sure you’ve got the space for it. That said, it actually looks nice and doesn’t make much noise at all. I leave mine out all the time. Yeah, it’s not cheap—but honestly, I’ve used it more than I expected. It’s one of those things you don’t realize you needed until you have it. Guests notice it, it steps up your drink game, and it saves you from messing with silicone molds or bagged ice ever again.

GREAT Addition to a Home Bar!

We have really enjoyed this ice maker, especially for summer events. If you enjoy a beverage that need to stay cold, but not watered down, this machine delivers. The spheres are clear and nearly perfect each time. We found the fast production time was helpful for hosting a party over the Fourth of July. However, if you a steady supply for a larger group, the spheres did considerably better if moved to a bin in the freezer over longer periods of time. If you don't do this, the machine will continue to cycle through the melted water and produce more spheres, but we found they were of a lesser quality. Initially, we used this machine without hooking up to a water supply and manually adding the water. It works just fine this way. But, if you plan to keep this on a countertop or as permanent fixture in a home bar, we would recommend hooking it up. The manual drain can be cumbersome as it is on the bottom of the machine and you need to slide it off the counter to access it. This machine comes with everything you need to start making ice (minus the water). The directions are easy to read and the set up takes minimal effort. This is a large machine that needs room to ventilate, which should be considered. However, the clean cycle is very fast, so realistically, you could have spheres within an hour of opening the box. Overall, this is a useful machine if you are looking for a readily available supply of large spheres of ice. It looks sleek and really steps up your home bar game.

Clear Ice Spheres That Actually Last

I bought this mainly for cocktails at home, and the ice spheres come out crystal clear and solid, exactly what I wanted. It makes the first batch in about 35–40 minutes, and the ice stays frozen for hours in the built-in insulated compartment. I like that it can store a good amount, so I can make ice ahead before friends come over. Great for parties! The self-cleaning function is a nice touch too, since I don’t have to worry about buildup. It’s compact enough to fit on my counter but still feels like a higher-end machine. It’s made my home bar setup much nicer, and friends always comment on how clear the ice is. It’s a good buy if you want nice ice at home without having to run out and get it.

    Amazing Ice Ball Maker

This unit is amazing. Whether you are looking to entertain with amazing spherical ice cubes, or just need some long lasting ice balls for your daily water bottle, this machine has you covered. It looks great in any space, produces ice balls quickly, and amazingly enough keeps any unused ice balls frozen for a great amount of time. In fact, if you forget you have leftover ice balls, you will be surprised to find them when you remember you had this machine on. The added ice ball storage containers to transfer your unused ice balls to the freezer are a plus. As well as the padded storage container, mutes the sound out your completed ice balls hitting the storage container. Overall, if you are in the market for a spherical ice ball maker, you can not go wrong with this unit! Very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this ice maker to get the ice spheres for mixed drinks. It works just as described! The unit is designed nicely and has a sleek modern look to it. It fits in on any countertop. It also has the option to have a waterline hooked up to it. I would recommend using distilled water when making the ice- we have very hard water at our house and it can make the ice spheres cloudy. Overall, I highly recommend this product!
