Very disappointed in these especially when there are so many reviews and videos on them stating how good they are. The issue is the sub on these is not extremely strong so I picked up a subwoofer to go with them. I ended up trying two subwoofers. The first one had both a humming noise when there was and was not any input connected to it. I then brought a second sub a REL. There was zero sound coming from this sub when there was no input connected. The moment I connected the A100s an extremely loud humming would come out of the sub. Nothing else came through just this awful humming.
As a first time buyer of Edifer I’m beyond disappointed especially for speakers that cost more than $500. I’m scared to think how their lower cost speakers perform with how poor the quality control is for these at $1,000.
Find a different pair of speakers and don’t believe/trust the reviews that overwhelmingly praise these.
