Pros - high sound quality, good sound insulation particularly for an earbud -construction of case and earbuds feels solid - comes with lots of accessories including a nice magnetic close pouch -very unique looking with the style of the charge case including several multi colored leds Cons -battery case is very heavy -does not have pass-through audio despite having built in microphones - no apparent app available to control more detailed settings -no physical buttons on the earbuds

I have been in the market for wireless gaming earbuds for a while now and I am happy to say that these are everything I could have wanted from gaming earbuds. The presentation of these earbuds is phenomenal. The case has weight to it, the light color can be customized, and there is a nice rotating cover for the earbuds so they don’t fall out. There is a spot for a USB C Bluetooth adapter which allows it to connect seamlessly to my PC and regular Bluetooth to connect to my phone. The audio quality here is exceptional for a wireless gaming earbud. There is no delay, decent surround sound, and these things can pack quite the punch. Overall, if you’re looking for a cost effective and all around great gaming earbud with a presentation unlike any other, these are the ones for you.

I bought these earbuds for my nintendo switch because I didn't want to keep using wired headphones when I play. It paired with my switch perfectly fine and the sound quality of these earbuds are pretty good. I also use them for work, as they connect to my laptop as well. I use them for meetings, as well as playing music while working. Plus, the fact that you have to turn the top to open them is pretty cool. Design is very well done.

I bought these because my computer hates connecting to my airpods! I was intrigued by the ability to wirelessly connect via the small plug in and thought they looked cute. I LOVE it!! It makes connecting my headphones so so easy! The colors are super cute and its fun spinning the top part of the case while I play my game! The sound quality is alright, but any qualms I have are fixed when you set them to music mode and use the little plug in!

They connected really easily to my computer via bluetooth, they even have a little plugin that can help too, but I didn’t need to use it since connecting via bluetooth worked so seamlessly. The game mode sounds great for games, and the music mode is good enough for music. They look and feel really cool.

I bought these to replace my PS5 3D audio headphones and it not only replaced those but my AirPods as well! My headphones were falling apart after a year so I went with these earbuds and the quality is way better than the PlayStation headphones. Sound is great and they not only stay in your ear but they feel secure and comfortable at all times. I wasn’t expecting to have them also replace my AirPods but since they connect to my phone as well they have!

For Xbox X it doesn't work, don't waste your time trying to connect them because it will be impossible. With my Nintendo Wii it worked very well, but I wanted them for the Xbox, so I had to return them to the store.

These are great gamming earbuds! Awesome sound quality, super easy to set up and use between different devices! Would recommend and would purchase again!

It’s a good product that works very well, especially when using the USB adapter. The connection is stable, and the sound quality meets expectations. Overall, a great option that I would recommend.

Whoever writes the titles and descriptions for these items needs to have access beforehand. These may be decent headphones, but the title clearly indicates they work with xbox and ps5. I think Turtle Beach and Razer offer a line that does this so it’s possible. It’s just not possible with these. Failure is squarely on Best Buy.

They do NOT connect to Xbox. Connected them to my phone and it sounded good, but the mic doesnt pick up your voice well. Sounds like you're far away from mic. Dont recommend

I think they should give us our money back for false advertisement
