Regular Xfinity service with the booster pod was INEFFECTIVE. I bought this and all of my problems went away! No complaints easy to install and set up

Eero operates on the principle that 'it just works' and there is little to no configuration options. If it doesn't work, then this system is a nightmare. My unit kept insisting on connecting 5 GHz devices to 2.4 GHz which made the connection useless. As there is no way of manually making the connection 5 GHz then it was useless to me. Also I tried adding an extender, which again there is no control over, and it only started working when it considered the signal to be worth extending (which it decided it wasn't needed) so if it works automatically then it's great, if it doesn't then you will probably, like me, just send it back

Excellent WiFi mesh system, I have over 30 devices connected to it in my home, works very well, super reliable, no dead spots or bad zones at all.

This is our second set of the erro product and we are very happy with the coverage for our house. We had GEEK instal and, as always, they are timely, polite and efficient. I have absolut,y no complaints.

My Best Buy salesperson sold me on the Eero mesh system... since then I have great coverage throughout my entire home and outside too ! Well worth the money since I currently have 10 items connected with no reduction in speed.

We struggled with finding a router that actually worked in an apartment with three people until we tried this one. It works well in every room, speed is great even with additional people who visit, and we are all able to play video games on our tv with it.

Amazing router! I already had a Pro 6E system in my house, but I needed one more to ensure all floors were covered. I easily made this one my new Gateway, and my speeds went up a decent amount! Absolutely love these Eero Devices!

Great wireless mesh system. Just the speeds seem to be lower then I thought but fixed the issues with not having signal throughout the house

Nice system. They are little, you can use Echo Pop to extend them. (that was a great surprise)
