I have been trying different wifi mesh. Most of the other brand and lower model of eero failed. So I tried this as my last resort. I was very surprise. It gave me a very good wifi signal all around my house. I have so many dead spots and this router mesh solved my problem.

Completely overkill..and I love it, had a pair of Netgear mesh system box and I would get 500mb/s but had many issues with staying connected. The max 7's boosted our range and wired Into the one in my room that's upstairs and furthest point away from the modem, I now get 1.669 gb/s which makes downloading anything so fast. I honestly am in awe how fast my I teener is now

I bought and returned the deco xe75 pro and spent the extra money for the eero max 7. Performance with one satellite is better than the 3 pack of the deco xe75 or any other of the can style wifi devices. The device and app are of excellent quality! Im Happy with the speeds it provides from my 2GB fiber plan. Getting about 1400 mbs down and 1600 mbs up!

This product has worked great for our 7,000 sq/ft home. It provides coverage in places our normal router could not. With simple set up and installment this product has been a great addition to our home, 10/10 would recommend to anyone in search of a good wifi extender. A little on the pricey side but the value is most definitely there!

Awesome router. My old Linksys stopped working and I decided to get this because i have read such good things and I want to be somewhat future-proofed. I have never had such an easy time setting a system up. I clicked a couple of buttons and it was up in less than 5 minutes. It is very fast and very stable. If you are looking to upgrade, this is definitely one to have on your list.

The Eero router is fast but not perfect. If you like a simple set it and forget it device, then the eero ticks all the boxes. If you like to get your hands dirty and do lots of tweaks and customizations however, then the simple interface may not be what you are looking for. Overall, the unit appears to be solid and covers a lot of area with throughput to spare.

This was the easiest quickest set up ever, yes the Nest app is smoother a bit, but tech wise fhai is the ONE. UI will improve, but overall the best router i have ever purchased

I Bought two of these eero max 7s to use in my house. I had an existing eero wifi network with 3 eero 6E pros. Used one for upstairs, one down stairs, and one to connect to my TV and Xbox in the living room off the ethernet ports since the wired connection off the eero 6E was faster than what the tv and xbox were getting over wifi. Setup was pretty easy although i messed up at first when I replaced my gateway eero 6E. I didnt realize you had to tell the app that you were replacing the gateway device rather than just "add new" and plug the Max 7 into the modem. But after i figured out my mistake the rest of the install was super fast and easy. I checked my wifi speeds on my phone prior to and after replacing my gateway and even though my phone doesnt have wifi7 it went from ~200mbps average download to ~400mbps so definitely a major increase in speed. Ive had them installed for a couple weeks and been very happy with them so far. On the downside they are very expensive for what you get for them, they are a lot bigger than i expected them to be based off the site pictures, and for some reason even when im upstairs and far away from the eero 6E my phone will often connect to that rather than the Max 7s which are closer and have a better connection.

Finally a WiFi system that is extremely fast and easy to setup. This takes WiFi to a whole new level and extremely satisfied with this upgraded model of Eeros.

I purchased the Eero Max 7 system to see how it could do in my environment compared to another Wi-Fi 7 system that I purchased. This one cost 3X more than the other one but offered Matter, Zigbee and Thread capabilities which were appealing to me.
When opening the box, I found that it was really well packaged. One of the better packaging jobs that I have seen before. I love how they created a special spot just for the plugs to be inserted.
Setup was very simple and a breeze with Eero. The app is very intuitive but also very simplistic. I didn't like that I could not see what devices were connecting on different bands.
I did like that it was one SSID for the whole house versus another Wi-Fi 7 system that I purchased that created a network for 2.4 GHZ and 5GHZ as separate MLO net and finally a dedicated 6GHZ band.
I ran a speed test of the cheaper Wi-Fi 7 system against the Eero only to find that the speeds were almost the same and in some rooms the speed from the other cheaper 3 node system was better. I was hoping the Eero would smoke this other router, but I guess more antennas and throughput for my 4000 SQST 2 story house did not matter.
This then led me to the main problem that I experienced with the Eero. It would not see the 2.4 GHZ network that I had setup with the previous device. I have the same network names/passwords so I can easily change out routers so was surprised as I moved from my legacy Wi-Fi 6 system to the cheaper Wi-Fi 7 unit that the Eero could not match that ease of setup.
I tried software updates and all the support articles, but this device never saw any of my 2.4 GHZ IOT devices. Thus, it was returned to Best Buy since it cost 3x more and could not deliver the whole package.
Maybe it's too early in the Wi-Fi 7 router switch over for things to make a difference yet with speeds but it at least should have seen my 2.4 GHZ devices.
Buyer beware of what you are getting when purchasing these units and maybe look elsewhere to save some cash.

Hello Chris. I’m sorry to hear that you were having trouble getting your 2.4 GHz devices connected to the eero Max 7 system. Devices that only operate on the 2.4 GHz band may need an extra step to get them up and running. You can use the eero app to temporarily hide the 5 GHz band while you get your 2.4 GHz devices connected. Open the eero app and tap “Settings” at the bottom of the home screen. Tap “troubleshooting” towards the bottom of the settings screen. Tap ”My device won’t connect.” Tap “Temporarily pause 5 GHz. This will pause the 5 GHz band for 15 minutes while you get your 2.4 GHz devices setup. If this doesn’t resolve the issue, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Again, thank you for the feedback and have a great day

My house is 3000 sq ft but for some reason there are dead zones everywhere .. i used a eero in the past but it just dropped out too much … now there are way to many devices at once being used in this house on wifi .. i was currentlt using a orbi system but it was getting overloaded by devices .. it was between this akd the orbi wifi 7 … i went with this and it has been perfect .. finally the wifi has caught up and there are no dead zones … for my house getting three was probably overkill but that was the model on sale .. i waited a week to write this to see if i noticed anythjng but its been pretty much perfect

Eero is one of the best network products I have ever used. Easy setup, easy update, and great range. The app provides excellent status of connectivity and easy use for sharing network information

Great speeds on all my wifi6 devices and future proofed for next gen as well. I wish it had a few more admin options from website and not everything in the app but this offsets the simplicity it provides. I'm vert pleased with the coverage from just one unit used in AP mode backhauled to my Xfinity router.

The eero Max 7 is generally adequate, and will likely work well for people who desire a plug and play setup and prefer to "set and forget". Advanced users will be left wanting, and it has too many limitations for my taste.
For starters, there is no way to manage via browser, it's app only - the app itself is not well organized and is cumbersome. What's worse is you cannot see things like the current Wi-Fi channels unless you pay for/take advantage of their premium service (and still can not set channels - more on that below). I will say the premium add on did seem to block a good bit in the way of ads online, which is always welcome.
Speeds close to the router or satellites were generally good, but dropped considerably at 15' to 20', so range is definitely limited (in fairness, I live in a 90+ year old home with plaster walls which is more of a challenge for coverage). I had planned to test out the Wi-Fi 7 MLO feature, but wound up returning the eero setup before turning it on.
A few downsides: you cannot manually set Wi-Fi channels, the system does what it thinks is best. Which in practice is not always the desired choice - particularly in crowded environments where you may not want to use automatic channel selection. Also, the eero frequently would not use 5Ghz for dual band devices, often defaulting to only 2.4Ghz which offers subpar speeds comparatively - for example, this was true for all 3 of my Ring cameras, 2 of which were within 12' of the router, with the 3rd camera frequently failing to record events at all.
All in all, for users who are looking for a simple solution that generally works well (and who don't care about advanced options) the eero Max 7 will suffice.

Great router, I paired this with the new nighthawk CM3000 and get 700+ download speeds. I have a two story home and coverage is excellent with just one unit. Easy set up as well.
Be mindful of the speed limits that you have with your internet provider.

Jumped up from the EERO Pro 6 and love the added performance and coverage.
The additional Ethernet ports are also a big plus, so I can remove the need to use small network hubs.
Originally planned to move up to Pro 6E and am glad I waited.
