eero Is the best product on the market for spreading the TV signals throughout our house! It’s easy to install; works like a charm; and we even got an outdoor eero for perfect reception of every channel way out back where we “get away.” Thank you!

Not ready for prime time.
Disconnects a few times a day.
Units are to big to blend in.
Range was bad.
Eero updates the firmware when they want and you have no choice to stop it. I would get it setup and prey they not send a update. Every time they did I would have problems.
Everything is done through the app on phone.
After years of dealing with the company and having to hear them say to reinstall every device again I was done.

So far so good. I have 5000sf and a car charger that needs wifi on the front of my garage. Since I installed this, I'm able to get coverage inside the house and in the front for the charger.

Working from home in a rural area has it's challenges. Needed to upgrade the Spectrum provided router. This one totally improved our wi-fi network. Highly recommend !

The Eero was advertised as being a great mesh network. I have 4 units and get incredible drop off when I get further than 20 feet from a node. My old Google Wifi mesh was 80% better. Very disappointed.

Strategically placing your eeros is the single most important step you can take to ensure your system provides fast, reliable WiFi to every room in your home. Here are some tips to follow: 1. Place eeros where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eeros on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep your eeros out in the open. 4. Whenever possible, aim for direct line of sight between eeros. The fewer the walls between your eeros, the better. If this information doesn’t resolve your issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. Unstable internet, reselling this

Unstable. I have 2 ISPs, and internet will randomly drop with both. Fine for a few days, then will drop half a dozen times in a single day for a minute or so, then comes back. I've seen 4-5 firmware updates since owning the device, no improvement. Can't even retrieve log files from the router, and subscription is required for basic features like seeing activity and setting up automatic failure. Past my return period so I'll have to resell. I heard eero "just works"...yeah, no.

Hi ChrisF. Thank you for providing feedback about your experience with the eero Pro 7 system. I'm sorry to hear that you've been having stability issues. Soft resetting your gateway eero (the one connected to your modem) can be a useful troubleshooting step. To soft reset your eero: Hold the reset button on the bottom of the eero until its LED flashes yellow (approximately 7 seconds). Once it flashes yellow, release it. As the eero boots up, the LED will flash white, then blue, and then return to solid white. Once the LED is solid white, you should be able to see your eero is back online in the eero app. If you still experience connection drops, take note of the time of the drop and reach out to customer service so that they can troubleshoot further.
