We bought the first one on Dec 24th, had to take it back for another one due to software issues. Had to return the 2nd one because they sent an andriod instead of ISO. Got the 3 one all set up and on the first test flight it crashed. It told us to land immediately but when we tried the drone would not respond so we had to send it back to the manufacturer to repair. We just got it back after 2 weeks. We did a test flight and all seems to be working now.

You might be lured in by the VR aspect of this drone with the. Included VR glasses but don't be. The glasses have the quality of an early 80s television . Quality is very cheap. There are so many more options at this price point with 4K, smart features, even obstical avoidance. Buyer beware, it's an expensive mistake

I should have known with $400 off regular price, but I liked the features. It came with a dead battery. I called the company who happily replaced it with a white unit because black was out of stock. I ordered an extra battery, it arrived dead. Had to have it replaced. It was not easy to get going and I would say that I am advanced tech guy. Returned the unit and bought Mavic Pro. The VR goggles didn't fit comfortably. One plus, they have the smartest batteries I have seen with digital readout on each: mA, and voltage to 5 significant digits. 1 star for the smart batteries.

It wasn’t really hard to fly but I wanted it to have a real good camera andIt wasn’t the best one out there so unfortunately I returned it.

Battery would not charge after a few days. For the days it worked, it was awesome though!

I ordered this drobe 4 times and everytime i ordered it the battery was inflated.

This thing is amazing. I know their is better ones but wowed with this one. If you nave ?s it seems they have answers.

As a first time drone flier, just opening the thing and passing the tutorial was one of the most intense, exhilarating experiences I've ever had. This is advertised as the easiest drone to fly for beginners. I would assume that's the case as it was so easy. What a rush.

right out of box does not work and of course no weekend help at this point i want to go over to best buy and throw thru window .

I'm very glad that I listened to the sales person and bought the ghost drone 2.0

First thing, the battery was bad out of the box... took 2 weeks for a replacement (my drone is black and company only had white in stock). Once I got a battery, I realized the VR battery was bad too, another 2 weeks. Then I tried to calibrate the drone to two IPhones and two IPads... No Luck - No Fly. Company only states to re-download the software... again no luck! You can go to the company website forums and see just how bad this is.... My advise... take a pass on this one.

I have bought Ghost Drone 2.0 Ariel few weeks back (from Woot Inc - An Amozon.com Company I believe). The 4K sports camera that came with drone stopped working after couple of weeks and six videos. Even after full charge the camera won't turn on. I also noticed that after each flight the gimbal heated up really bad (Can not touch it after flight till it cools down). It just shows Ehang logo splash screen and then turns off. I tried taking battery out and put it back. Take micros SD card out and put that back in etc. Take camera our of gimbal etc and all with same results - as to camera wouldn't turn on - I kept it in charge for 5 hours and still nothing. I have created support ticket 15398 and since last 13 days of creating ticket and proving address, proof of purchase, name etc details there is no progress on ticket. Every time I call Ehang support number for US - It says Agents can't take call now and leave a message. I have left countless messages as well. PLESE NOTE: They advertise on their site - "One year Hassle-Free" warranty but if you don't get any responses or can not get anybody on their support desk to talk to you, how does the warranty help?

I am very surprised this happened first time i purchased it online when i recieved the Drone the BOX was opened missing battery, charger, user manual, screws and inside packaging. I asked customer service to replace they sent me another one but to my surprise the other one was in more bad condition then earlier it has all scratches camera lens has scratches because of rough wear and tear no battery no charger missing screws, user manual, one anteena. I returned both will never purchase again and so much disappointed woth BEST BUY's QAQC. And top of that i was giving it 1 star but website doesn't approved the review.
