I bought three of these batteries, and when they arrived none of them work and now, if I want them replaced by Ehang, I have to pay $63 for it.

The batteries seem to work as needed. There does seem to be a small issue with one of the 2 batteries that I bought. One of them only wants to charge up to 99%. Not a big deal but just seems funny that it wont go to 100%

Bought the last 2 of these the store had, and BOTH were defective. The batteries themselves were obviously bulging, inside the plastic housing, which the included manual and on-battery instructions say do not use. Tried charging anyway, but neither would even recognize the charger was attached (charger still works perfectly on my original battery that came with the drone). I don’t know what happened to these, but my guess is they were dropped from a decent height. I’m disappointed.
