    Enjoyable, but nothing new.

As a Beatles fan, since before their "invasion", I looked forward to seeing this production. It supposedly included the story I didn't know. That claim was a stretch. Yes, I enjoyed this documentary. It's the Beatles! There's good footage of live performances, and it provides a reminder to those of us old enough to have lived through it, of what Beatlemania was like. That's fine, but I was expecting more. What it lacks is the nitty-gritty honesty that the "Living In The Material World" documentary, about the life of George Harrison had. Bottom line: If you're looking for a revelation here, you're not likely to find it; if you are a Beatles fan, just enjoy it for what it is and have a good time.

I always loved the music of The Beatles, but I never got to really experience them since they disbanded around the time I was five years old. This movie gave me a lot of insights into the Lads From Liverpool, and I'm glad to have seen the movie that chronicles them.

I saw Ron Howard's documentary during the summer. Delighted to buy a copy to share the memories with my Beatle mates. I bought an extra copy to give as a Xmas present. If you weren't there, it is still a fabulous historical reference of that period (the 1960's)

Love the dvd. Love the Beatles. This Beatles documentary is a good representation of what the times were like because of them
