Can't go wrong with this movie. Great storyline and great movie for baseball lovers. Looking forward to attending the Soxs-Yankees game next year at the Field of Dreams.

My only gripe? It wasn't a bit longer.
This is a great telling of a classic story. The fit and feel of the film is so authentic and as always, John Sayles tells a complex story with great ease.
The cast is superb and the production design is rivaled for that prohibition era feel by only The Sting, It really is a movie of that caliber.

Charlie Sheen is great, but people underestimate what he was in the 80's, including Platoon. He's phenomenal in this and has a wonderful supporting cast. i used to watch this all the time as a child without really ever understanding everything. Now I get to relive it on Blu-Ray. A lovely set.

A brilliant and underrated film of the 80's. A great account of what happen in the 1919 World Series & reminds us of how money can influence & change people even athletes. A great cast & well directed film. A must see for baseball fans.

Eight Men Out is one of the more underrated sports movies ever made. It's near perfect. As far as the Blu-ray, it should be noted that the case is thicker and its corners sharper than the usual Blu-ray case.
