These are kids headphones, so the volume is intentionally very low. Unfortunately, they are too low. Can't hear when in a car.

These aren't cheap! Even after my 3 yr old try to tear the tiara off it stayed! Been dropped many times by her and still going strong. Great product and she loves that she had a princess tiara on.

Gave to granddaughter as birthday present and it did not work she could not hear anything. Hope son returned it and got her one that worked. All she asked for was a headset for her Ipad that she could use in the car.

I got this for my daughter who is 2 1/2. They fit well and the volume limiting feature is great. I've tested it myself and at full volume you can still hear quite well without hurting your ears. Of course, it depends on the quality of the movie or music you're listening to. If it's of poor quality, the sound won't come out too good on these headphones.
The actual product itself is VERY lightweight and does not feel very durable. Light is good considering its going on a toddlers head. Just don't drop it. The light plastic feel of it leads me to believe that one good drop will cause it to break. The cord is of a good length so you can mount the ipad and still have the kid wired up to be able to listen from their car seat.
I just hope these hold up. For the price, it's still a good buy. And using rewards points making these free is even nicer.

Cheap headphones that are not very good. Kid safe sound, means not loud enough to use in a moving vehicle. Can't use while watching a movie on the ipad.

Purchase this item for my daughter for a trip, but was not able to use it. Even when the device was set to Max volume, it is so low it is hard to hear.

Don't get fooled into buying this because of the princess theme. My daughter loves the Sofia cartoon, but didn't like these because the volume is severely limited on them. WE took them on a flight with us and my daughter couldn't hear her movie over the sound of the plane's engine. Seriously.
