    Hubby bought these on a whim to appease our pleading daughter. Evidently ours was a miss. They worked just long enough to make it home (a fifteen minute car ride) and now only static comes through. No voice sounds whatsoever. Daughter is utterly crushed (we never really indulge our kids with such things, so this was very special for her) i only hope best buy doesn't give us a hard time exchanging them for something that actually works.
