My buds fell out and i lost them

I was wearing it on my belt for the first time today, wasn't doing anything active. Go to pull my buds out and they were gone. They were there when i put them on my belt, the only explanation is that the case is insecure and it opened and now I've lost my buds. TL DR; case is incredibly insecure, lost my buds

BOthe sides top and botton are not attached
