Showed up on time not a scratch or dent on it. Case looks amazing

The Steelbook looks amazing but it was damaged during shipping even though I've selected the option to pick up the game at the store. The bonus item was shipped and now after calling Best Buy they are not available for replacement. This is very sad and shows a terrible customer service. I've seen other comments of people with same issue.

BestBuy fails as always with their packaging. I've read the reviews hundreds of times, users ALWAYS complain about the packaging for discs and steelbooks. This time it happened to me. What a shame that this collectible item got damaged because fo the HORRIBLE packaging that BB does on their disc products. I would expect more from a company this size and their reputation...

The case fell apart the moment I opened it up. Dissapointing

First one I bought got bent and returned. Decided to buy another one, fortunately got one with perfect condition. A super cool steelbook to have for a soulborne fan, celebrate for the GOTY awards.

This steelbook promo was free with a pre-order of the game, so there's really not much to complain about. It's a great free item!

The game is great and the pre order bonuses were cool too, well worth the money if you like souls games.
