The Steelbook looks amazing but it was damaged during shipping even though I've selected the option to pick up the game at the store. The bonus item was shipped and now after calling Best Buy they are not available for replacement. This is very sad and shows a terrible customer service. I've seen other comments of people with same issue.

If you’re a fan of Dark Souls, you already know you’re in for a treat. If you’re new to games like this, you’ll fall in love like the rest of use.

Awesome case but sadly was crushed a bit. Looked like they placed something heavy on it .

BestBuy fails as always with their packaging. I've read the reviews hundreds of times, users ALWAYS complain about the packaging for discs and steelbooks. This time it happened to me. What a shame that this collectible item got damaged because fo the HORRIBLE packaging that BB does on their disc products. I would expect more from a company this size and their reputation...

It came damaged and since they don’t have more available they say they can’t do anything. Bad experience l, 8 days left until my return option expire

First one I bought got bent and returned. Decided to buy another one, fortunately got one with perfect condition. A super cool steelbook to have for a soulborne fan, celebrate for the GOTY awards.

Lovely high quality steel book for elden ring. The design is probably one of my favorite steel boom designs I’ve ever seen.

One of my favorite games this game is packed with boss fights open areas to explore mass amounts of gear weapons enemies spells perfect game for me all 5 stars well deserved

What a sick case. This dude on the case is my favorite. His presence in the game is very illusive and when he shows up, it's super dope! To have a case with this dude is really cool. Highly recommend.
