The bike is incredible but this was the worst experience I have ever had at Best Buy.

Although the Geek Squad people who came to put this bike together were very nice, respectful and helpful, the wheel was put on incorrectly, makes noise and in speaking with a bike friend, the wheel could have fallen off as it was not secured properly. With an electric bike, had I been riding it and the wheel come off, I could have been killed. DO NOT HAVE GEEK SQUAD PUT TOGETHER BIKES. THIS IS NOT THEIR EXPERTISE.

These guys were awesome. They were kind considerate. It was a very, very hot day, they still did their job.
These guys deserve special credit for working so hard they make sure my bike was working before they left, and that I could write it with a out getting injured great team

They were nice and professional, but lacked experience. It’s not their fault, it was their first time with one. They didn’t tighten the handlebars enough, and I had a close call as a result.
The point is, a 80lbs electric bike that does 30mph requires training in its assembly, as it’s can mess you up…

Dad's e-bike was delivered and assembled at home, with no issues. BB staff was wonderful and even offered to show him how to charge the battery and use the throttle control.

I have been waiting for a bike assembly at my house since last Thursday. It has been over a week and Best buy has not shown up to any of the appointments. I am hoping tomorrow they will be here for their 11:00 a.m. appointment to assemble the bike. I will update my review once something gets done about the bike that sits in my garage on assembled. Best buy needs to get there customer service back here in the United States. There is no way to call the store. No way to get in touch with anybody and there is no one that shows up to their appointments that they've scheduled with me now three times.

The gentleman was nice but didn’t attach the e rear fender to frame. Geek squad phone staff was TERRIBLE to work with!!

The bike came with a broken rack. Best Buy said they would replace bike but not just the rack. They didn’t have same model and offered something totally different. I was able to track down the same bike at a different store but a different color, something I believe the local store could have done. Very frustrated there is no one to call local Best Buy stores directly and must go through some sort of call center. As a totantech member I expected better. Still dealing with the issue and must drive to the store to hopefully resolve. Best Buy offers no support for e-bikes. Stay tuned

The original bike setup went ok but the bike had trouble shifting so we called Best Buy back and they made another appointment for repair. The guy they sent out knew nothing about bikes and never even attempted to fix the bike, instead recommended replacement. Unfortunately, Best Buy cannot deliver a new bike for 3 months! I find that unacceptable as we would have purchased it somewhere else had we known we could not get our bike timely and in good working condition. We purchased 2 bikes so now have one and have to wait 3 months for the other one. Poor communicating, poor geek squad training and overall just a negative Best Buy experience!

Not satisfied assembling was ok bike was unstable does t feel safe I took in to store but they didn’t help much want to send back to store not satisfied

The guys that came and did my install did a terrible job. They broke a piece off the bike. They did not install the front wheel properly. Had to take it to a bike shop to do that because it kept rubbing on the breaks. The safety mirrors were installed improperly and loosely. Such an easy thing to do yet they didn't do it right. What a terrible job. They didn't even read the instructions even though they had never built my specific bike before.

The worst service ever. I’ve been paying for this “service” for 3 years thinking it will be a “when I need it it’s there” service… and when I have to use it they messed up the bike, they came late, broke the bike… did not informed or talk about the process and they just left with the broken bike… it’s been 3 weeks waiting for them to come back with “the new bike” and when they finally come back (3 more weeks after) they mount the bike and told me “we forgot the air machine hope you can handle it” and left…
