Very Professional, friendly, on time, quick install

They are really good, highly recommended, and they also handle it with care.

The installer for our GE profile cooktop was the BEST! He made it fit into the existing hole from the cooktop we were replacing perfectly! There were a few new cutouts he had to make, and he stuck to it and made it work! Now we can fully enjoy our new cooktop, which we love! Our installer was extremely professional, helpful and friendly. He arrived exactly on time within the two hour window we were given. He had a great deal of patience to make the new one fit. This was a fantastic experience! It could not have been better.

The Best Buy Install team was first rate. They let me know the day before when they would be coming, and arrived on time, and were able to have our new stovetop installed within a half hour. Great service from the start with the sales associate, then the pre measuring associate, and finally with the install technician.

Although it was costly switching from gas to electric. It was worth the move. I love this product. Beautiful n clean

While there was a bit of a scheduling snafu of which the contractor was only told the day before he was installing, everything seemed to work okay at the end. They had a good staff that knew what they were doing, friendly and professional. And left the place with working units.

The process went smoothly and after they finished they cleaned up the work space and left it the way it was before. Avery was great. He asked if we had any questions. We had none; they left.

Wife love her new cooktop very easy to use - a plus timers on anything you cook

If i remember the name correctly, Gabriel and his partner did the install. I cannot complement them enough on the job that they did. Really took their time to make the stovetop fit into the opening, had to cut away some wood and route out some of the cabinet to have it fit correctly. While they were here, they also fixed the botched job that the dryer installer did. I believe these are 3rd party installers, and i couldn't recommend them more.

The crews have done a clean and neat job in less than 20 minutes.

This was a great unit at a great price and the staff was great too
