We purchased a Jennaire Jx3 Stovetop and because we were replacing a Jennaire that was the same size installation was free. The contractor that installed our Stovetop charged us $149 and Best Buy is giving me a run around when I insist on reimbursement per our contract of 0 cost

The installer, Doug, was great. He was in touch with us before the install and was there when he said he would be. I am giving a 1 start rating due to everything leading up to finally getting this cooktop installed. An in-home measurement and purchase of the cooktop (and a wall oven) was done in our home in June. The first time the installer finally came to install BOTH appliances was Oct. 17th. On that date, Doug only had the cooktop and didn't know anything about the walloven which I had a confirmation email to get installed on Oct. 17th as well. Not only did we NOT have a wall oven delivered, the cooktop which was delivered DID NOT FIT and couldn't be installed until we did alterations to our Corian Counters OURSELVES as it was not covered in our installation. Did I mention that this appliance was measured in our home in June? After we altered our counter top and called for a reschedule, the cooktop was installed on 10/31/22. The installer still had no idea where our oven was despite the fact that I was told it would be coming on the 7th of Nov. It is now Dec. 5th and I still don't have a wall oven, but it is scheduled to be installed this afternoon. We shall see.

I paid $279 for an incomplete hook up on my new cook top with a downdraft. The guys came and basically took it out of the box and hooked the electric up. The new cook top needed a wider vent connector than my old one so they basically said, you need to hire an HVAC person to complete the job! Best Buy, if you are going to sell installation, make sure you contract people that can COMPLETE THE JOB!

It was a quick and efficient installation with timely notification

The product was scheduled to be installed on 12/16. But only two days before the installation date B.B told me that they were not able to install due to the inventory issue.

The delivery service did not finish installing service!

Three tries and three fails to install. Ended up returning product even though I wanted it. Very bad experience

How in the world can I write a review??! This appliance hasn’t even been delivered, yet!!! Delivery is scheduled for Sept. 6th
