They came on time and were quick on installing our dryer!

Guys did a great job ensuring there was no damage to our dryer or our home. They worked with me to plan the installation process to allow me to drill a 4" hole in my floor to relocate the dryer vent to the outside of my home. Very courteous and professional installers.

Everything went well with the instalation and has since worked just fine. My thanks to everyone involved.

Best Buy sent a great expert over who was able to install both our washer and dryer within less than an hour. It’s been over a year and both products still work perfectly. The employee was nice and came on time.

Setup and delivery was fast but I would have liked the deliverers to be more descriptive of what they were doing. I had a few questions that were not satisfactorily answered.

Very good installation kit and good performance. Technicians were very nice.

The installation process was fast, by unfortunately not so professional, the guys left without leveling the machine, so I had to do it myself, but I damaged exhaust pipe, so I had to go back to the store and request another installation along with the damaged part and after few days show up, different guys and they make it right finally.

The installation of my new appliances was great. The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer and dryer were professional and explained how they work. The only problem was that the steam function for my dryer was not connected. The service tech said the set up package did not come with a hose for the dryer!! It's a Samsung machine and I bought the installation kid, I would think it would come with all of the needed parts. I can buy a hose on my own but I won't be able to pull out the dryer and hook it up!!

Installers were very friendly and sure knew what they were doing. Old dryer out new one installed in just a few minutes. Took longer to show me how the dryer worked than it did to set it up.

The delivery guy got right in there and hooked the dryer up, could not get it to come on and was checking the breakers when low and behold it was the dryer door.

The removal of old equipment and installation of new was surprisingly quick and painless. The team showed up on time and proved to be competent and courteous. Good job!

Worth the fee to have it installed. Even if only that you don’t have to haul the appliances in and crawl around getting it all hooked up

The guys that delivered my washer and dryer were great. They delivered the day after Thanksgiving. They were quick and very friendly. I'm sure they had lots of deliveries left, but they still took the time to show me how everything worked.

Having the right tools (I mean people lol) to get the job done makes it all worth looking at the finished product. BestBuy offered free installation and delivery on my purchase of a washer and dryer and I had no choice but to take the opportunity to get it set up.
