The installation went well. The guys actually arrived early. They even had to remove our refrigerator door in order to get through the doorway. Both guys were polite & seemed knowledgeable.

Delivery men installed my machine. They were very careful securing it to the pedestal and hooking it up. They made sure everything was in working order and patiently answered all my questions.

Very well job done, came on scheduled date and time, followed up for the next visit till the issue gets fixed.

This dryer is amazing with all the options it has. I usually use the Eco Dry option, and my clothes dry in a minimum of time. There is high temperature for jeans, but usually the warm is enough. And the buzzer to signal the end of the cycle is loud enough to hear!

The team that delivered and installed the washer/dryer combo were friendly, efficient, and respectful of property. They hauled away the old set and gave me a chance to clean the area before setting up the new set. They clearly were experienced at setting up this steam dryer. They cleaned up all the packaging trash from the new set.

The gentleman who delivered, hauled away, and installed my new dryer were the most professional and efficient delivery men I have ever had the pleasure to watch...dryer is working great..thank you best buy

The installation of our replacement dryer and removal of the old, defective dryer went well. The installers took care in installing the dryer in the designated spot and hooked up the new required 240v power cord. They ended up using my existing dryer vent hose setup, which meant they did not need to use the one I was charged for. However, the installers did not even leave the new dryer vent kit with me so I could return it for credit. I assumed they would return the vent kit to their stock and issue me a credit on the small $30 purchase. They did not and now after three calls to the Geek Squad, my credit or the alternate Gift Card is still not processed.

The Best Buy installers were very good overall. They called 30 minutes before coming over and they were very courteous throughout the entire process. Installation went very well and they tested the machine and showed the features of the machine. Excellent overall service.

I drove three hours to oversee the install of the washer and dryer for my elderly mother (a surprise gift for her). The installers showed up on time and called me 30 minutes before their arrival. However, they told me that the plug my mom had for her dryer was a range plug. They did not want to "install" the dryer for us. They said it was a fire hazard and would void the warranty on the dryer. I called my uncle who works for Best Buy selling appliances. He said that was not true and we didn't need to have an electrician come and change out the plug per what the installers told me. I asked the installers to put the range cord on the new dryer so that my mom could use it. They told me I had to push the plug into the wall myself but did put the cord on the dryer for us. I googled the cord issue and found that it is only a fire hazard if you use a dryer cord on a range. And that most houses built before 1990 have a range plug for the dryer. So it really wasn't an issue after all. I was also disappointed that they left so quickly and didn't make sure the washer and dryer were the same height. My mom noticed this. They schedule the installers with 20 installs a day, no wonder they were in such a hurry. However, I was happy that I got to pick the install date to coincide with my visit. So giving this 3 stars for this reason.

They did pretty good. Came it and installed it quickly. It’s a little shaky now but I may need to make adjustments. However when they left everything worked perfectly.

The install team was fantastic. Any time I’ve had anything delivered or installed by Best Buy they do a great job.

A very professional installation. The installer had shown me how he hooked up the steam line to my dryer. A new feature in my home. All working great!

I posted elsewhere that the installation comes at a price of paying for the markup on items such as the dryer vent, hoses and outlet connection. The good thing is that the installation is GRADE A. they make sure the machines are balanced and properly placed. Great service!

The techs recognized that my outlet was not the correct design for the dryer plug. Therefore, they could only give me instructions as to a test that would be needed to ensure that the dryer works properly, once I got the needed outlet installed. They went over the operation of the unit with me and answered my questions.
