no hose, great service

The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer and dryer were professional and explained how they work. The only problem was that the steam function for my dryer was not connected. The service tech said the set up package did not come with a hose for the dryer!! It's a Samsung machine and I bought the installation kid, I would think it would come with all of the needed parts. I can buy a hose on my own but I won't be able to pull out the dryer and hook it up!!

Old dryer out new one installed in just a few minutes. Took longer to show me how the dryer worked than it did to set it up.

Great delivery experience

They were quick and very friendly. I'm sure they had lots of deliveries left, but they still took the time to show me how everything worked.

They tested it out and gave me a quick tutorial too. Well worth the money we invested for the professional installation.
