DELIVERED AND INSTALLED WHEN PER THE SCHEDULE THAT WAS AGREED UPON. COULD NOT GIVE A FIVE STAR RATING AS THEY HAD TO REMOVE THE HINGES FROM THE ENTRANCE DOOR AND WHEN THEY PUT THEM BACK, THE DOOR WAS NOT CLOSING CORRECTLY; WHERE THE POCKET FOR THE LOCK WERE OFF CENTER. HAD TO GET A LOCK SMITH TO RECTIFY THIS ISSUE.

Electric dryer install went great with no issues. It was the washer install that was a problem. Would recommend, but be sure to sit there and watch them do the install to make sure it goes correctly.

The removal of old equipment and installation of new was surprisingly quick and painless. The team showed up on time and proved to be competent and courteous. Good job!

The installation team was excellent. Great communications from the point of sale to installation. The guys were super efficient without being rushed or cutting corners. They did an excellent job. Sure saved me a big hassle!

Excellent service. Did a great job. On time. However, I did receive a warning call the prior day. They did call me 20 minutes prior to arrival. The warning email from Best buy a week or so in advance helped remind me of the upcoming visit. I delayed my install for 30 days.

Great dryer so far. Must read instructions and then it takes some getting used to. But versatile and efficient

They are very attentive and helpful. Just have to watch to make sure they do not cut any corners. All in all showed up on time and made us very happy. Put it exactly where we wanted and changed the swing of the door. Thanks

Had to have it done twice because the hose in the kit was too short. First duo weren't that great and said Best Buy wouldn't cover a reinstall, which wasn't true. Second crew was excellent and fast, and ended up saving me money by only using certain parts. Reinstall was free.

Installation was easy. The delivery crew was very efficient, timely, and worked well together. This including doing a test run of the new machine.

Fantastic work. Quick, efficient, compacted effort that made it all but seamless. Highly recommend.

Our new dryer was installed in a small area. The techs were courteous and efficient doing their job and now we have dry clothes again!

Installers were very friendly and sure knew what they were doing. Old dryer out new one installed in just a few minutes. Took longer to show me how the dryer worked than it did to set it up.

The installation of my new appliances was great. The gentlemen who delivered and installed the washer and dryer were professional and explained how they work. The only problem was that the steam function for my dryer was not connected. The service tech said the set up package did not come with a hose for the dryer!! It's a Samsung machine and I bought the installation kid, I would think it would come with all of the needed parts. I can buy a hose on my own but I won't be able to pull out the dryer and hook it up!!

Best Buy sent a great expert over who was able to install both our washer and dryer within less than an hour. It’s been over a year and both products still work perfectly. The employee was nice and came on time.

Came in, moved the dryer, hooked up the new one, leveled it, and left. Only issue was they did not have the shoe rack and we had to drive to the store to get one, but the installation was good.

Installation not done by Best Buy. I did not have an outside draft so Best buy could not do it. The dryer works well

Worth the fee to have it installed. Even if only that you don’t have to haul the appliances in and crawl around getting it all hooked up
