Delivery guys were VERY polite!

Cleaned up when they were done and left no mess for me! They showed me how to use my new washer and dryer even though they were easy to figure out.

They determined the required Vent connector I purchased wouldn't work, s they took it back and got me a refund. Overall a great job.

Fun Dryer

It sings a song when done, it will also talk to your cell phone wow pretty cool!!! I love the top dryer for my personal items, nice not to need to hang them in the bathroom anymore!!!!

I did have to install a new, flexible, dryer vent because the team only brought a rigid one. But it wasn't that hard, and Best Buy gave me money back for those

When they realized the mistake, they stated they did not have time to correct the problem, that I would need to call and set up another visit. Very unprofessional. I am still able to use the dryer, it's just awkward and inconvenient.
