It was in a brand new house and they were very careful as to make sure nothing was damaged and that we were fully satisfied. Very happy

Success after MULTIPLE failures at installation!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After 6, yes SIX, previous attempts to get this installed, the team of brothers, Tyler and Jacoby from the Drive Lions team, were phenomenal. They got our washer/dryer and pedestals installed quickly and correctly after MANY other useless teams of workers were sent out by Best Buy's third-party installers XPO. I would NEVER recommend XPO based on the horrible, inexperienced, and lazy people they sent out but would highly recommend the specific team who finally did the job!
