Very professional installers. They brought everything that was needed to perform the job quickly and efficiently. They were able to show me exactly how the product worked (even the phone app integration) and how to perform preventative maintenance on it.

It was easy and professional installation. No issues found.

I think the installers did a fine job. They were efficient, polite, and tidy. However, I think Best Buy could train them better on specific products. They had no clue the stacking kit was included. Luckily I had done my homework (thanks to previous posts on line) so I knew the stacking kit was packed in the drier's drum. They also missed something connecting the drier's water drain hose as the drier did not recognize the attachment and pumped the condensed water up to the holding tank for manual draining. When I looked on line, it appears the installers did the correct thing but there seems to be two ways to have the water route to the drain hose. I changed the setup to the second option and the draining worked with no further water pumped to the holding tank. Again, I do not see this as the installers' fault but Best Buy's training of the installers.

Had a great experience having my washer and dryer installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. They were very good about giving me an approximate time. The installation process went smoothly. Washer and dryer are working great.

This is a excellent product not only the way it works but the size. The person that came was professional and courteous. Gave a courtesy call right before coming as well.

Great purchase and works great...very happy with it and the installation. They did forget to connect the steam feature but I really don't think I will use it. They called me and asked about it and I was out of town, said they would call back the day after I was to return and never heard from them.

The LG dryer is working well so far. The delivery and installation was easy and quick and I would recommend this service as they also took away the old dryer making the change hassle free.

Amazing!! So professional and so fast!! Great tips on how to use the dryer -they hauled away the old one and it all took only 20 minutes!!!!!

The two young men were knowledgeable and prepared. They took out the old dryer and put the new dryer and pedestal in place in just a few minutes. They hooked up the electrical, water (for the steam feature), and vent fittings with no problems and no leaks. They answered our questions and gave us a demo of the main features. They also wore masks and practiced social distancing as much as possible under the circumstances.

The installation crew earned their five stars with our installation. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and had the machine going in fast order.

The dryer is great, very roomy inside even though it is small enough to fit through the door frames of my older house.

We really liked the the installers. they were so nice and informative. They walked us through what they were doing and even showed us all the settings. They mentioned that the associates forget to sell us the stainless steel dryer kit, which makes the steam setting in the dryer work. also, they said the associates over sold us the stacking kits. If you are not stacking the washer and dryer on top of each other, you don't need it, even if you are getting the pedestals. Which we purchased as well.

Best Buy forced me to buy a steam kit, but my dryer was not steam. also couldn't combine pedestal and dryer in same shipment when i tried to purchase online; wanted me to pay shipping for pedestal. Customer rep on the phone handled that with ease. returned steam kit for refund. fast professional install.

Don’t like the filter cleaning, love it dries the clothes very good
