Very polite and professional guys who made the process super easy and fast. I needed another hose to use the steam feature for the dryer. They had one on the truck and sold it to me in my driveway! I was quite happy that I didn't need to ask my husband to pull the dryer out to install it later. And the ease of putting the machines onto the pedestals for these guys was wonderful. Because of the install, I believe we will be buying all of our appliances from Best Buy in the future!

Had a great experience having my washer and dryer installed by Best Buy Geek Squad. They were very good about giving me an approximate time. The installation process went smoothly. Washer and dryer are working great.

It was fine. They were actually early - which was nice. But they didn't seem to care that our venting was just smashed behind the dryer, so we had to fix that ourselves.

The installers did an excellent job of setting up my new dryer but I do have a couple complaints.. The main guy spoke English with SUCH a heavy Spanish accent that I had to keep making him repeat things so I could figure out what he was saying, and I don't think the other guy spoke English at all. I spoke to both of them but don't know how much of what I said got through. Best Buy should make sure at least ONE of the installers can understand and clearly speak ENGLISH!! Also, the main guy asked if I wanted my old dryer left inside or taken outside (which I had have him repeat a couple times before I got what he was saying) and then argued with me when I told him they were supposed to haul it away. He had to look up the order on his phone and see that haul away was included in my order.

Today we had a new stackable washer and dryer delivered and installed. The Geek Squad showed up at the exact time my email said they would arrive. We live in a 125 year old home and nothing is easy. These men hauled our new machines and our old machines in and out of the house. They also had to haul our machines up a flight of 15 stairs. They worked tirelessly hauling and installing always smiling. My new machines work beautifully...no leaks!! I can't say enough about Best Buy and the Geek Squad. Great price and knowledgeable installers. Thank you!!

4 trips and 3 different stacking kits later it took almost a month to get the washer & dryer installed. Very disappointed with the first 3 installers. The last one was excellent. He brought everything he needed and did a bang up job

Very professional installers. They brought everything that was needed to perform the job quickly and efficiently. They were able to show me exactly how the product worked (even the phone app integration) and how to perform preventative maintenance on it.

Installation went great very polite and professional

The installers arrived within the time and performed the installation quickly. They did not have the proper stacking kit for the washer and dryer. but installed them side by side so that I could use them. They reported the missing part and will return to stack the units.

The service installation was fast and efficient. He was able to remove my old dryer and install my new one fast and tested it for me too.

The dryer was placed perfectly. The only criticism I have is that the new vent hose that came in the kit was too long and had to be curled behind the dryer in order to be installed. The manual diagram indicates that the hose should be as short as possible. The installer apologized, but said that regulations prohibited him from altering the kit hose.

The first team that delivered and installed the dryer lost their way and came late. The guy who installed started the test run and left saying we are good to use the machine. We realized the main knob on the machine is not clicking when we turn and broken. When I called to report this for replacement of the machine the store responded quickly and the second team did a god job. In fact there was a dent on the machine that was first delivered and the first delivery team did not even check and inform us. The second delivery team guy noticed it and took pictures and showed it to me when taking back first installed machine. The second team did a very professional job waiting till the test run is complete and showing that there is no dent or scratches to the machine and let our house after answering our questions. This is the reason for giving 4 stars.

The washer and dryer both work great. Very quiet. The install was done through best buy and I am very happy with how prompt and efficient they were with getting everything set up for me.

They did such a fast and great job at installation we were impressed at the care they took!
