I don't have to dry my large loads multiple times like some dryers. I love the no heat setting for my husband's jeans to prevent shrinkage. I like the option of having a loud finish sound or none at all. It's high tech yet simple enough to easily operate without instructions.

The two gentleman was very nice, and made sure it was running properly. Would recommend this service to anyone

Highly recommend the Home Delivery & Installation from BestBuy. Very professional and placed our washer & dryer thru three doors to get to the laundry room without a scratch. Works perfect.

The delivery and installation guys were super nice and respectful. They got in, moved out all of my old appliances (I bought 3 new major appliances), cleaned out behind the old ones (which was super nice), and got in all 3 appliances in about 30 minutes!

The techs recognized that my outlet was not the correct design for the dryer plug. Therefore, they could only give me instructions as to a test that would be needed to ensure that the dryer works properly, once I got the needed outlet installed. They went over the operation of the unit with me and answered my questions.

The installation process was fast, by unfortunately not so professional, the guys left without leveling the machine, so I had to do it myself, but I damaged exhaust pipe, so I had to go back to the store and request another installation along with the damaged part and after few days show up, different guys and they make it right finally.

The guys that came out and installed our dryer were fast. They were patient and answered any questions I had.

Still haven't figured out the steam feature for taking out wrinkles. I tried it and the garment came out soaking wet. The product booklet could be improved with better instructions.

My dryer also has a steam option which they hooked up when they installed everything. I've used just about every option since they installed and so far I'm very pleased. No leaks on the steam option and the dryer itself does exactly what its named for.

Had 5 appliances installed...the installers were friendly and fast. They did all on the work order except reversing the door that we requested. We were told we have to make another appointment for that.

Installation was easy and quick staff was friendly but the hoses were not included Best buy had to send them separately about 3 days later

Everything went well with the instalation and has since worked just fine. My thanks to everyone involved.

Installers were absolutely great from delivery team. They helped me to install my electric dryers from Best Buy store . I bought a wrong staff for connection and they explained me everything and show me dryer cycles and all functions Thanks

Pretty easy to install. But, I am happy that they took away my old dryer for us, that was helpful.

The delivery guy got right in there and hooked the dryer up, could not get it to come on and was checking the breakers when low and behold it was the dryer door.

Machines look good-installation after a few hiccups was installed properly. Inventory was good at Best Buy
