The installation the men that did it were beyond nice and did everything in their power to make it go where it should. Definitely not their fault measuring was not proper

Very frustrating expeirience with Best Buy delivery and installation. After 2 failed attempts to deliver a stacked washer and dryer I tried once more. The 3rd party technician showed up and said they can not install the unit because the space was tight (washer was same measurements as current unit in the space and I put it in by myself) and because the current vent on the system is a flexible vent and they do not work with those. Why is this information not apart of the checklist? Why did the first two technicians that came out not tell me that or make a note of it? There was always some excuse as to why they would not install the unit. Finally I just asked them to leave me the washer and dryer and I was able to install it myself with no problems. I was intimated by the idea of it but after watching the installation video I realized it was pretty dang simple. The picture is of the new unit in the "tight" space after I installed it myself.

Alfonso and Jose did an excellent job, on an extremely difficult washer/dryer install. The space was very tight and they really worked hard. These guys are the best!

Nightmare from installation to return. I’ll never buy another appliance from Best Buy. Washer/Dryer stackable arrived with broken door on washer. Installer put vent on wrong so it detached from wall. Went down hill from there. After about 12-16 calls, 5 different attempts to rectify situation and wasted hours, appliance returned.

They deliver 3 different wash machines and it’s still not right, they broke a light damage the wall and crack the pan underneath the wash machine which I’m still waiting to hear back from Best Buy insurance company been over a month now and they will not reply

The first time was a waste of time since the item arrived defective and the installers scraped up our paint on the walls and our laminate flooring. The second attempt of installment went a little smoother but more damage to our our flooring. The washer and dryer is fine but the hassle of using Geek Squad to install and make sure the product works just wasn't worth it in the end.

Dont do it. Stopped my guy cause he was making excuses to as why he couldnt do things. I told him no more cause I have to redo it all. Didnt use cord connector and left conductors laying against the sharp edges which would have shorted out after a short while of vibration. I paid cause I have partial use of my left hand making it difficult for me to use tools. I still did a better job.

As a result of not ensuring proper ground, electricity traveled down steel braided hoses which arced in several spots resulting in blowouts. I needed up having water flow into my storage room below which went in discovered for a day. When I called my maintenance man he knew immediately what happened. Had to replace hoses, repair flooring, and change power cable and wall outlet to an integrated ground wire. Your crew had no concept of a ground.
Also, the anti-chafe grommet missing from back of dryer. Unacceptable.

Today I had delivered a new LG wash tower which is a combined washer and dryer. Upon installation I was told the dryer didn’t work and it was an issue with the plug. The installer then left without even waiting for me to ensure that the dryer was getting power or taking back the dryer that didn’t work. Completely blew off my wife, he got in the truck and drove away while she was trying to ask him about what to do with the defective dryer.

I don’t know what third party company Best Buy is using for my delivery and install, but they dropped the ball. I had water all over my laundry room and 1st floor hallway from them not taking the extra steps to do a clean install. My water hoses are all tangled up and have to have a plumber come in to reconnect.

Bad service i ever had.
Coming for installation but don’t how to do the switch for voltage.
First of all. He rejected to take off the shoes before enter my house. Even i were begging him.
He responed me “ no I cannot take off my shoes. Do u want to cancel appointment and reschedule for other one?”
During covid or not. At least be polite before enter anyone house.

I received an email that the installation had been completed. NO it has NOT! I’ve called 2 times in which I waited over 40 minutes to speak to someone To reschedule to have another crew come out but they were not helpful, they said someone would call me back but I’m still waiting. I am now on my THIRD call, I have been on hold almost an hour. This is ridiculous.

they dropped the unit down a flight of stairs. Obviously damanged unit and my new hardwood floors. They supposedly were going to come look at the damage but 2 months and still zero response since filing the claim with their insurance company.
