I forgot the name of my installer and his assistant, but they were very nice professionals. They arrived on time and handled installation quickly and easily.

I’ve only use the unit a few times, but the washing machine makes a squeaking sound, no matter how heavy the load. Hopefully with use that will rectify itself. If not, I’ll be calling customer service. Yes

Love interior size, despite reasonably compact size outside. Love controls for both in the middle and easily accessible. Love sleek look/style. DONT love that I HAVE to use timed dry—the sensor in the dryer stops the machine when the clothes are still damp. Haven’t yet used steam function so cannot speak to that. New so cannot speak to durability.

The Geek squad did a great job. Promptly arrived. Respectful. Completed installation in a reasonable time. Even explained how to work my new washer and dryer.

Large white Laundry center that fit perfectly in the apartment kitchen space that replaced a older one. When we tested it, there was a loud rattle like a screw in the rinse cycle. Best Buy immediately ordered another and will come back and install the new. Good customer service!

Initially two gentlemen installed my laundry center. However, the power cable was too short for where I wanted it placed. They told me to purchase a cable and call back to have the laundry center moved for free. I called back, after purchasing a long enough power cable, and two different gentlmen arrived and moved the laundry center. I was also advised to purchase a vent insert to seal the vent. Overall fantastic service.

The team of two installed the washer/dryer quickly and efficiently and they were very clean and helpful with bringing the washer/dryer in and removing the old ones.

Unbeknownst to me, there was a dent in the washing center that was noticed well after installers left. I didn't buy a floor model. I paid full price, new in box. Now the actual install.....Laundry center was no where near level. First use, the unit froze up and wouldn't operate. Reason, the cold was connected to the hot and hot to the cold. The unit's sensors would not let a rinse cycle begin with hot water. The machine works flawlessly now that I pretty much did most of the "install" myself. I think I should send Best Buy a bill for the troubleshooting an labor. But we all know what the outcome of that would be.

The dryer is great, the install, not so much. I had installers out for one reason or another three times. The first two times I was told it was not a problem to set up the side vent. I literally purchased this model solely because limited space requires the side vent. Last and final visit, I was told that I needed a separate kit and that the installer does not do that kind of install. So now, it is hooked up and works, but sticks out into the hallway and I am going to have to purchase a kit and have and pay a different installer or do it myself. You tube to the rescue! I think Best Buy needs to reconsider their third party providers.

Delivery and install went smoothly, product worked out of the box

Installation was very good. It took a while to figure out how to use it but once done, it worked extremely well. It would have helped to have the operation manual so a person could figure out the symbols on the unit and the dos and don'ts. I understand that information is available online but that isn't always obtainable.

The folks that came to help install were very helpful and wasted no time to get everything done. Was on time as well.

Fast installation, very kind service workers that were considerate when we had to clean out the dryer duct and needed a little time.

The overall installation process went pretty well. They removed the old machine, and installed the new units quickly. The washer/dryers were upstairs which was a bit tight. The did bump the wall causing some smudges to the walls getting the old unit out and ew ones in. But, considering this the install was good.

Or maybe it's more accurate to say painstakingly slowly traveled. Have been renovating an old barn into a cottage for 18 months. Thought it would never get to the stage where our LG Laundry Center installation could be completed. Hooray - last week it happened. Installers were very professional and install was completed efficiently and quickly. I LOVE this system. Hot water was not hooked up yet, so could only use cold water wash. Everything was sparkling clean and the dryer outperformed my expectations. Easy to use and final results totally acceptable.

Team removed our old and heavy washer dryer combo from 2nd floor of townhouse without complaint. Unfortunately, the carpet was dirtied and stained when moving the older unit. Not sure if those types of protections are responsibility of the owner or movers. Regarding the new washer dryer combo, the team moved new unit from the street at bottom of a small hill, up to our townhouse 2nd level and installed the new washer dryer combo promptly and ran a test cycle to ensure the unit worked properly. Each team member wore masks and practiced adequate safety measures of delivery during the coronavirus environment. They were prompt and professional without a single complaint about location and difficulty. Very happy with the service!
