Unhooking old units without damage and hooking up new unit was done quickly and professionally. Very happy with service - this is my third experience and I couldn’t be happier!

The installation team was quite late. Their communication with us about this was poor. Once they got to our apartment and started the installation things were great they were efficient and clean. The issue with the wait time and poor communication would make me think twice about using this service

Once the installation was completed, everything was fine. However, because the installers did not have the correct vent for the installation, the LG washer/dryer combo I purchased just sat in my living room for almost 2 weeks while I waited for them to obtain the part, and finally reschedule an appointment for installation. There was also some damage to the dryer’s sheetmetal when they installed the electrical cords to the appliances; but, since it was located at the rear and would never be seen once installation was completed, it was not a big deal. I am still somewhat bothered by ANY damage occurring to my purchases prior to being installed, though.

Soooo glad I purchased the BB Plan! Ive had multiple appliance purchases and it was a smart move because it covers haul away, set up and troubleshooting/correcting any issues. It was a good value and I would definitely purchase again (and I’m not usually one to purchase extended warranties etc)

Jose and Christian are amazing. They showed us how the vent connects to the dryer to ensure good safe air flow. They also took the time to show us that the water lines were connected properly to ensure no leaks. They explained everything and provided a demo of the washer/dryer to show us it worked properly. These guys are experts at installing washer/dryer units.

Loved that they were able to bring my washer/dryer tower upstairs for me. Didn't like that they banged into the wall but didn't say anything about it. Good thing i have spackle and paint so i could fix it.

Like most people buying this unit, it is installed in a closet. I agree there is limited access which makes it more challenging. However, the installers made no effort to level it, put the hot and cold water supplies on backwards, did not attach the dryer cord clamp, and did not adequately attach the dryer vent leading me to reinstall the whole unit from scratch on my own. I should have simply gotten delivery and did it myself. They were terrible on this install.

Beautiful washer dryer column. I dream of having one like this, however, this one was for my tenant ...She loves it.

No show, no contact for first appointment. I had to call them at 3:00 in the afternoon to find out why they didn't show up for my 7:00-11:00 appointment. Was scheduled on Monday, couldn't reschedule until Friday. My husband had to take 2 full days off of work as a result. Was promised a $50 gift card for the trouble??-sill update if that doesn't show, The installed was good, but no one along the whole process mentioned that the unit did not come with a power cord. We were lucky that the installer had one to give us otherwise I'm really not sure how they would have completed the install to know it was correct.

Guys arrived on time. Unloaded new laundry unit off truck, brought into home and installed the unit. The total tech guys were professional, courteous and did a great job. Would recommend everyone to get Total Tech coverage.

Love the new washer and dryer and installers were quick! Make sure to grab steam hose and chord! Best buy associate did not add it to the purchase and it was needed at time of installation! Thank God the installers had these with them or I would have had a fit with best buy. It’s silly that Best buy had a child sell me a major appliance, he probably didn’t know I needed these things to go with my purchase. I myself was surprised that the chord did not come with the unit.

Horrible experience! The two BestBuy employees sent to deliver, install and remove an old washer/dryer unit were extremely unprofessional and not able to get the new washer/dryer up the stairs without my hand truck (dolly) and I had to pull the washer/dryer up the stairs while one of the two pushed from the bottom. I put plastic down to protect my floors and carpet. They tore up the plastic and got my light colored carpet dirty. One of the bestbuy employees was touching my walls, leaving hand and finger prints on the walls. He said the texture wasn’t smooth. They also did not install the plugs that cover the shipping anchor bolts…which is supposed to be part of the installation. They struggled getting the washer/dryer into laundry space. They weren’t able to plug the 210 volt plug, so again I had to reach in and get it plugged in. They set the washer/dryer on the 120 volt plug which bent the ground post and one of the two plug prongs. They checked the level by pushing a little bit on one of the four sides. Using the machine is clear that it is not level and now that it’s in the laundry space, there in no way to adjust the feet. I’ve been waiting for the plugs, that did not get installed, be delivered to me. It’s been over two weeks and I have seen and heard nothing. I called the Geek Squad manager, for the area, again today and left a message. I missed my 14 day window to leave a Geek Squad review. I was hoping to get this resolved before leaving a review. Horrible installation experience and geek squad is not welcome in my hole unless supervised by a manager.

I purchased the installation service of my washer/dryer. It was fast. No issues.

Installers for washer dryer unit failed to show up on scheduled date. Never called and Best Buy app said the install was completed. I had to call Best Buy to ask about it. They rescheduled. Installers did not show up again. I had to call again and get it rescheduled. Each day the scheduled time of arrival is 7 am to 7 pm, which is really not helpful. I waited 12 hours on first two installations. I requested them to be more logistical and ask dryer to give me a smaller window. That I got. Installers came on the 3rd scheduled appointment. As they were moving the dryer unit inside the house they broke the chandeliers. They wanted to stop the service and leave the unit there. They also asked us not to report it. Best Buy needs to take responsibility but at the mover and install level, Best Buy uses the random and oftentimes unequipped movers and installers, so be very very careful and aware of this part when ordering. The installation went smooth as silk. They removed the old washer and dryer and then proceeded to install the new washer dryer unit. The new unit was very heavy and yet was carried all the way to the back entrance and then down steps. The dryer duct had to be stretched out and specially secured __at no extra charge.

Two guys came for installation. The installation was in the closet and the space was tight. One of the installer left in the middle of installation saying it's waste of time. The other one stayed and worked to install the product correctly by himself and needed my help in placing washer dryer in the closet. One of the installer who was also driver of the truck was professional while other one who was supposed to help in installation just dumped his responsibility.

They came on time to my rural location to install my new washer and dryer..
