What they say isn't what they do

According to specifications listed, installers will unplug existing washer and disconnect water and drain hoses. Installers did do this with some protest as they said I should have already done it. 2. According to specifications installers will install the new washer and install the drain hose and water hoses. They did this, but without using the supplied drain hose clamps or R1 water filters. So, was the washer really properly installed? I don't think so as these other parts wouldn't be supplied if they weren't intended to be installed. 3. According to specifications, installers will level the washer os it doesn't rock around. They didn't attempt to do this, even though the washer did rock around, until I specifically had to request it and after saying it was OK as it was. 4. The installers only want to get in and out as quickly as possible and do the least possible to get by.

The unit is now pushed so close to the wall that the drain line from the washer is kinked and will not drain, the dryer vent is kinked and will not vent properly. Their are parts for the stacking that most likely were not installed so I do not know if the unit is safe to use. My phone conversations always required that I know the safety practice that Best Buy requires, however your staff did not follow any of these. This is a mess and as of this mornings phone call with George at your service call center phone number I now have to wait again to get anyone out here to do this properly. Best Buy is better than this normally, however at this time I am not so sure. I am hoping that when they finally get back here to us this is done by someone who has some clue about doing this properly.

TERRIBLE 3 WEEK EXPERIENCE WITH INSTALLATION

It has been 3 weeks of frustration with trying to get our units stacked per our origin order. I had to go into the store today after today’s failure. The store had the correct stacking kit. Now I’m waiting for the technicians to come back and complete the installation. EXTREMELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!
